Absolutely the most amazing ice cream we have ever had. The people at the Sunset Ice Cream Parlor were absolutely amazing and very kind, sweet, and beyond helpful! The ice cream is made locally in the state, and you can just taste the freshness. One of favorite places to go when I visit Gettysburg, other than the Civil War attractions. I wish we had an ice cream parlor like this out in California. Looking for lodging? check out The Brickhouse Inn across the street!

This ice cream parlor has the best ice cream around here! One scoop of ice cream is more like two scoops. I personally love their salted caramel ice cream in a pretzel cone. If youve never had a pretzel cone then you should try one. They are awesome! The prices are very low for the amount you get. One scoop is under $5.00 and like I mentioned the scoops are huge. Cant wait til they open again! Enjoy

Absolutely delicious with very generous portions. As the kind young lady who served us handed me my order, I said, "Oh, I just ordered a single scoop." She replied, "This is a single scoop." Wow! The coconut ice cream is out-of-this-world good!

I dont know what is better, the icecream or the hospitality of the employee; both were stellar. I tried the cannonball crunch! One of the best ice creams Ive had! I highly recommend Sunset Icecream and I will be returning very soon!

Tried this out after seeing the battlefield at Gettysburg. Great ice cream and the lady operating the counter was very nice. Tip: If you are hot and sweaty, try to sit near the front. The wall trim is an AC vent.

Great ice cream but this shop is not handicap accessible. You have on the sidewalk in a crowded "tourist alley" while someone else goes in for you.
