The place is packed with loyal local who come from miles around. I usually call ahead to avoid the crowd. Fortunately, even though I live only a few steps away, Im disabled for otherwise Id be there all the time. So, I must buy double to pay off friends - usually too busy - but jump at the chance to bring back the goodies keeping an order for themselves. Of course, this would be expensive if I were like the others who are addicts. Normally, I think of myself as well self-controlled. However, perhaps only once a month, the ardor for a ChinaTown meal overwhelms me and I can think of nothing else! Beware, it is so good, generously large, and affordable that you too might become enthralled.

Delicious food from a dingy, hole in the wall take out joint. The lady behind the counter is super sweet. She goes from Chinese, to English, to Spanish, without missing a beat. There are a couple of small tables, but theyre mostly filled with people waiting for their take out. I probably wouldnt have stopped here, had I not read other reviews. Probably some of the best fried wontons that Ive had in years. The fried rice was good, but missing something. Wonton soup was tasty and it hit the spot. Overall, really good Americanized Chinese food. Seriously, dont pass this place up. Outstanding customer service as well.

Been coming here since i was a kid n the food is always hot and generous and tasty too. The lady behind the counter is always nice even when its late and folk may be drunk. My fav is the singapore noodles with extra egg. Yum! They dont have the classic jumbo mix but theyve got all the rock creek sodas.

My family and friends and I ate the shrimps from here about 4 years ago and each got food poisoning of various severity. The restaurant and owner did nothing about it. We decided just to not go there anymore. What a shame since it is my neighborhood restaurant.

Cheap and delicious American Chinese food. If thats what you want, this is the place. I get take out from here at least a couple times a month and love it. The service is quick and polite, and the food is the best in the area for what it is.
