AVOID THEIR BRUNCH. Heres the thing: I really like the food here. But I dont recommend brunch, although, in theory, it really should be good. The price is reasonable: $20 gets you an entree and the buffet bar. If you get mimosas by the pitcher, they average out to $5, which I think is decent. We were in a party of 20 (had called and made a reservation, didnt just show up unannounced), and they only had 2 servers for the entire restaurant. We waited a very, very long time to have drinks brought over, and had all been seated for a good 45 minutes before the server came over to take our orders. The buffet was tasty when we were finally able to access it, but...no dishes, and no one around to see that there were no dishes, and then assist us. The dessert plates were dirty. It was just...not a good experience. Ive been there multiple times for dinner, and have always had a good meal, but Ill never go back for brunch.

Do you like leaving a restaurant hungry when your bill at the end was just over 100 Dollars for two? If you do.. then this is your place.. I understand its the "Tapas" style.. but dont charge 22 dollars for 5 ravioli and some tomatoes ..brings a shame to Italian eaterys .. and its not like this dish was filled with flavor either. Could also feel the nice heat from the heat lamp off the 3 pieces of tomatoes I got, while the rest of my 5 ravioli was luke warm. Then the service? What service? -- our water glasses were filled the initial once and that was it.. even stood up to grab a attention of the wait staff for a refill.. I was given the typical "1" second pointed finger and off he disappeared to bar area.. Bad prices , bad service.. not again.. next!!

Dan and crew pay as much attention to the customer experience as they do to their fresh ingredients and seasoning their fantastic sauces. You wouldnt think you could get near this popular eatery on Mothers or Fathers Day, but you CAN! They transform into a wonderful bountiful buffet with geometrical crudite, unusual and interesting salads, and different treatments of their own fresh handmade pasta. My family loves to celebrate special occasions there, but I know the locals frequent.

Great food and drinks. The lounge bar is a great place to have happy hour with friends and co-workers. It has a authentic Italian atmosphere so, dont expect the fastest service. Also, beware the bill, if youre on a budget you may want to skip it, but worth it if you have the cash. They make some great personal pizzas that are both unique and tasty. The staff is very pleasant and never makes you feel rushed to order and is able to answer all questions about the drinks and menu.

Ordered the chicken ceasar wrap and it was full of lettuce and barely contained any chicken. It was like they took a head of lettuce, threw in ceasar salad dressing and chopped up a chicken strip then wrapped it. Very disappointed. Dont waste your money. Overrated and overpriced.

Food was terrible. Had lobster bisque and could not taste lobster, The Toscana which is described as veal tasted more like tuna. Received gift card for x-mas present and I feel bad for the person who gifted it because this was a waste of money. I now know why it was empty at lunch.

Im stop by whenever Im in Wilmington. Toscana to Go is absolutely amazing for a delicious on the go meal. Or stop in the restaurant and order one of the delicious items off the menu. One of my favorite places in Delaware. I recommend the grilled avocado for an appetizer.

Some of the food is excellent, the pork chop is to for for, but a large percentage of the menu is an over reach, the desserts are nothing to write home about. The poached pear s texture was more akin to under boiled potato than a well poached pear.
