We went yesterday to the Concordville Inn with two diners that have celiac disease. I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate our food restrictions and was assured they could. Upon arriving it was clear that the staff was not educated on what gluten was or how to handle food allergies. The first man didnt even know what gluten was. The manager then walked my son and I around letting us know what was good to eat and what was not, pointing out that the potatoes and rice were not good for us to eat. He then told me the asian salad was fine but I asked further about if soy sauce was added and he said he would check with the chef. The chef confirmed there was soy sauce in the asian salad, making it not good for us to eat. The chef then came out and told my husband that the potatoes were not good for us as they contained gluten. When pressed further, we were told they were potatoes with vegetables. The chef thought both rice and potatoes were gluten ingredients. For how expensive the Easter brunch is and the phone call made prior to our arrival, I felt pretty good about trying the Condordville Inn. We are deeply disappointed and will never return. This restaurant is not safe for food allergies and the staff is not knowledgeable about how to handle them, or what they are. We left the restaurant with belly aches and bloating, clear signs that we were cross contaminated in the restaurant. In this day and age where food allergies are so prevalent, it is appalling and unacceptable when restaurants do not take their customers seriously.

I really dont know where to start. From the moment I sent a request to the venue I received nothing but awesome service. It all started with a meeting with Diana. She took us to view the grounds and then sat us down to go over the packages. Every question or concern we had she had an answer or a solution. She accommodated us with any changes we needed. The venue was beautiful but Diana really sealed the deal with how attentive she was in making sure that we got everything we wanted on our wedding day. Then there was the wedding day which was an absolutely beautiful day. Juan our Maitre D was nothing less than amazing. He was attentive to me the whole entire time. I asked for the ceremony to be promptly starting at 5:30 and we were walking out at that time. He kept in contact with me the whole time to keep me updated with what we were doing and when. If i had any concerns Juan addressed them right away. Also Diana stayed most of the wedding as well, helping in making sure everything was smooth. If i had any questions i asked either Diana or Juan and they had answers. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a great-stressfree time on a very reasonable budget. I was not disappointed or upset with anything and I am so glad that i chose this venue. Thank you so much to the staff, Diana, and Juan for making our wedding day perfect.

Not sure where to start. From the beginning of the planning stage to the night of the reception they were amazing. Our event coordinator (Diana McLimans) was fantastic. She listened to all our ideas and offered some of her own (based on her experiences). Diana was very accommodating and work with us every step of the way. My husband and I were treated like royalty the whole night and they made our day about us and made the day very special. The management (Juan Bustos) and wait staff the day of the wedding were amazing, professional and very attentive to our needs as well as our guests. They always made sure we were taken care of. We had things brought in to have set up on tables and they followed our instructions to the "T". They had everything set up just the way we wanted. We were very pleased. We had nothing but compliments from our guests about the food (mainly the crab cakes) and the service they provided. We also had rooms held for us with the Best Western Plus Hotel on the site. the staff was very professional and accommodating as well to all our guests that stayed. The rooms were very nice, our guests were very pleased. We would recommend the Concordville Inn as well as the Best Western Hotel. Sincerely, Frank & Kevin DiCamillo

It has always been good food & appetizers for my hubbys yearly Christmas party, but went there for dinner on my birthday 2 days ago and was not impressed. My water glass was cracked, that should have been noticed before it was served. The so called vegetable medley was a pile of green beans with exactly one carrot coin, 1/2 of a thin slice of yellow squash and 1 broccoli floret. My hubby does not like green beans and. would not have ordered them. When I presented my free entree coupon for my May birthday, the waitress abruptly said "Ill need your drivers license" as if I was trying to fake and get a free meal. It was not that she asked, it was the way she asked. I was also disappointed that no offer for a birthday dessert or cake was made. My husbands $3. cola was served in a very small glass. There was no charge for his refill, but the glass only held 3 swallows when you take in account the small glass filled to the top with ice. The food was just OK, not good enough for the high prices. We wont go back when there are restaurants like Carrabbas nearby that go out of there way to give good service and their food is better.

I have stayed at The Concordville Inn several times. I was always pleased with the service of the staff and very pleased with the rooms. I have read the reports about this place, however keep in mind that first and foremost this is a hotel. As far as hotels go, it is very clean and well kept. The food is really good, especially the buffet breakfast. Whenever one does book an affair in a hotel, one should work very closely with the staff to ensure that all goes as expected. A hotel is NOT a catering hall and that should always be kept in mind. If one is unhappy with any aspect of their business transaction, then they should immediately discuss it with the manager of the hotel. I truly feel that this is one hotel that is well worth the money. I plan to stay there again in the very near future.

Called today ... Very disappointed that this restruant is owned by a Hotel now the Best Western. Called to speak with Restruant to make a Reservation but spoke with the Hotel guest service desk they told me I could not speak with anyone asked for my phone number and they could call me back .... I should not have to be called back ... I just wanted to make a simple Reservation.... This was very poor customer service! Would no longer recommend this place not the same as I remember. Poor!!!

Easter Sunday Brunch a Concordville In is not what it used to me. First, they lost my reservation for my party of 7. They eventually did accommodate us. The food was Ok, and there was a nice variety, but the feeling of elegance and gracious dining is gone Some staff was almost rude. Instead of making the dining experience a delight, some staff behaved like we were lucky to be there ... not the fabulous fun it used to me.
