Our favorite Chinese take-out! The large dishes are more than we can eat in one sitting, so we get a couple meals out of one. Always fresh, hot and tasty. We havent dined in, and even though I always get take-out, you go through the dining area, and its nothing fancy, but its about what you would expect. I think any negative reviews here are from competitors, which have now gone out of business because of their cutting costs by buying poor quality ingredients. We had two Chinese buffets in Seaford, and both are gone. One is a location where a Mexican restaurant moved into, and the other is a WSFS bank. Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant is consistent, and offers a great meal at a low cost. And the little girl and works at the counter is adorable!

This place is great if you want to feel sick for the rest of the night! The place is dirty, the food is terrible! I love chinese food but after eating Hong Kongs Food I didnt want it for 2 months!

The place smell dirty. The carpet look dirty too. They def. Overcharge for their food. Ive been to other places where they charge 6 books for a large place. 7.25 for a little box?
