"Nice" Chinese Restaurants service unfortunately does not live up to its name. I waited 2 hours for food that never came. Food that I paid for on my credit card ahead of time. I called over an hour after ordering and I was told it would only be 10 more minutes. Well 40 minutes went by and STILL no food. I called again and got no help. They were completely unwilling to offer anything and they clearly did not care. I was told I could either wait for my food or cancel my order. This service was appalling and I will NEVER give them my business again. There are plenty more Chinese restaurants in this area that actually deliver the food. If I could I would give them zero stars, but I needed to give them at least one in order to post this review.

I used to like this place, but I was very disappointed with my order today for roast pork and Chinese vegetables. It didnt have much flavor, and was overloaded with onions plus a few bits of other veggies. No mushrooms at all! My daughters shrimp and cashews was also bland. She said its cheap food so you know not to expect too much, but I disagree. Id rather pay more and get something of better quality.

Excellent food, fast and courteous service. Our family has been ordering from Nice since they first opened and we have always been pleased with the service and the quality and amount of food. I think Nice is a family business and it shows in how friendly and accommodating they are with their customers. Will definitely use them again. I highly recommend you give them a try!

This place is great! My family and I will always turn to Nice Chinese for Chinese food. They have by far the best shrimp egg rolls you can find, at least in Chester County. We order from them all the time!
