Fantastic cuisine: as good as it gets. I came back to West Chester after being away for 8 years, with plans on soon departing once again. Shortly thereafter, I incurred a brain injury that left me unable to leave, and required therapy and recuperation. Not one to be stranded at home, I ventured out into town needing to find a place to eat, relax, and enjoy myself. After trying many of the town’s fine eateries, I finally found my favorite spot; Tsunami. Their cooking does not falter. Their service is impeccable. Their environment is family-friendly, tolerant, and welcoming. If it were not for this restaurant, I would not be doing as well as I am now after months of recovery, because as painful as therapy can be, having the opportunity to reward myself by dining at such a fine establishment made it all worth it.

Nice little place with a wide variety of items on the menu. Only have been there once so review is based off of that experience. We got several orders of sushi with the Maki combo, which allows you to pick 3 rolls from a decent list of options and comes with either a green salad or miso soup. The rolls were good, but the rice was a bit too soft and so each roll didnt taste as fresh as we would have liked. Flavors were okay and service was fast. Overall not a bad place, but quality of the rolls was not quite up to our expectations. Would try it again but its not a place Id go out of my way for at this point.

Best fusion restaurant, I have ever tried. The sushi was fresh and amazing, we ordered udon broth soup (authentically Chinese), Pad Thai which tasted like I was back in Thailand. This is the real deal. The interior was comfortable and the owner, wife, and staff were so polite and went out of their way to make this the best restaurant experience you can have. I recommend this to anyone who want to experience another cultures food. It was so refreshing to relive my travels abroad right in my own town.

We were there last night to celebrate my daughters bday as she loves Sushi and it was delicious and everyone working there is super nice and friendly. They even brought out a delicious rice ice cream with candle and sang happy birthday and gave her a gift voucher to their place. Needless to say a happy bday girl makes for happy parents. We cant wait to go back eat some more delicious Sushi.

Service wasnt the friendliest, but definitely quick. I ordered the rainbow roll and chicken pad thai, both were outstanding. Their thai tea was ok, but Im used to going to a bubble tea shop in Philly that specializes in it, so I wasnt expecting that to be amazing. Otherwise, I really enjoyed Nagasaki. The restaurant was clean, the service fast, and the food amazing.

After check their very good rated rewiews on Yelp , we decide to give them a try. The place is clean .The ISO roll is so delicious and impressed. The fishes in sushi for 2 are so fresh as them just can tell by texture. We also receive the complimentary birthday cake for my daughter from our friendly waitress Gina. Loving this my new sushi place!

Had to try after reading the reviews. Loved it! This place is on par with the best in Chester County. The ISO roll was the crowd favorite, but we certainly sampled a large variation of sushi, and enjoyed it all. Although we took out, the staff was incredibly friendly and made some wonderful suggestions. I highly recommend Tsunami.

Best sushi ever! They do it up right, with extras like tiny roe on top of the days "special" tuna roll (I think it was tuna, it was two weeks ago) and extra sauce options, or was that the salad dressing, well, it was good! where as other Sushi spots just serve you Soy sauce and the usual ginger/wasabi.

This is by far my favorite Japanese restaurant. The people that work there are so friendly and very accommodating when it comes to delivering. The sushi is always so fresh, delicious and very well-prepared. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whos in the mood for some fresh Japanese cuisine.

This is my go to sushi spot in town. I try to go at least once a week. My favorite time to go is during lunch, they have really good lunch deals. On top of all that, the service is always amazing, as well as the food. If you havent been here since the new owners, I suggest you check it out.

This is my favorite sushi spot in West Chester. Great and affordable food with even better service. There is plenty to choose from on the menu and its BYOB as well. Kooma and Michi are solid alternatives, but nothing beats the overall experience youll get when dining at Tsunami.

Small place but good food with a variety of items on the menu. Both Japanese and Thai items are equally competitive. Their prices are very reasonable and not expensive. The only negative point I see is they are a small place. But the food tastes really great.

Hands down the best Asian restaurant in the area. The food is always great - sushi, noodles, etc. - and the staff is really friendly and they actually care about their customers. I wish I could give it more then 5 stars!
