I took my husband and children here for lunch on Fathers Day. The meal starts off with these little fried pieces of bread. Very light and served with a cream cheese butter mixture. Tasty! Appetizers: We ordered Samoas, Angus potstickers and veggie and shrimp tempura. I must admit, I was taken aback by the portions. Really small. The tempura had 4 shrimp, 1 green bean, 1 broccolli flouret, 3 slices of squash and an onion ring. All served with a soy sauce and a citrus sauce. My description does it no justice. Taste definately made up for the portion. Entree:Hubby ordered lamb chops with potatos and veggies....delicious. I ordered chicken with pineapple served in a coconut, red curry sauce...WOW. And the kids menu. Not very impressive. Chicken fingers, mac and cheese and one other item. Cant rememeber. Ordered the chicken, which was shaped like Mickey Mouse. Wish they had a more extensive kids menu but the children were satisfied. The bill...$87. Very pricey, but worth it. A pleasant surprise

My GF and I went to Potstickers for lunch during the week. This was my first time at Potstickers, though my GF had been there before. Appearance was fairly trendy though quite dark; it was difficult to see whether it was actually clean or not. In fact, if we hadnt been sitting near the door, Im not sure I would have been able to read the menu. Service was so-so. After mentioning bread, our waitress then forgot to bring it to us and conveniently disappeared until our entrees arrived, eliminating any further need for bread. The lunch portion was a good size - just right for lunch Id say, however no part of my entree was hot - it was lukewarm throughout. Same for my GFs lunch, which in addition to being lukewarm, was also soggy (dont know about you, but Im accustomed to crispy batter-coating on each piece of General Tsos Chicken; no crispy here!). After a meal at a restaurant I always ask myself the same question: Would I come back? Sadly, in the case of Potstickers, my answer was a very definitive "No."

The only good thing about this place was the half-price bottle of wine. My friend ordered General Tsos TOFU and got CHICKEN instead because our server "didnt hear her." My friend ended up eating a bite of the chicken. She has not eaten meat in FIFTEEN years. Our server was apologetic and brought out the correct dish, but still charged us for it. Obviously, she did not realize the severity of her mistake. My friend was VERY upset. She also accidently charged a large amount on my card which is now pending in my bank account and not usable. The manager apologized for this as well when I called, but was not very apologetic when I explained about the tofu/chicken mix up. We will not be going there again. Soy Bean Grille is WAY better and cheaper (and their curry is amazing!).

I usually dont eat lunch out, but went here on a whim today. Decor was nice as well as my waitress. She was attentive and got everything I ordered correctly. I tried the steam potstickers sampler (5 dumplings) and a sushi roll that I cannot remember the name of. Potstickers were pretty good. Sushi roll I enjoyed. Ive had other really good sushi before so I cant say this place is the best ive had, but I enjoyed my meal. It was on the pricey side for lunch. The two items with about a 20-25% tip ran me about $25. It was probably the most expensive lunch I have purchased in quite some time. I would go back maybe for a date night if I was in the area but its a little more than I am willing for quality of food and also at lunch.

Just got home from this "experience". 1st of all...the food is very pricey for the quality delivered. 2nd .. they have a lot of nerve charging an 18% gratuity on a table of 6 people.. are they insecure about netting a good tip based on the food or service?? I can see why because the service was really poor. The waiter had no personality or skills that would lend themselves to good service... luckily the 18% gratuity was there regardless. Third.. I swear there was some sort of ketchup in the sesame chicken. Disgusting. The drinks were no better.. the waiter was also the bartender... again.. not a lot talent in that area either. I can officially add this to the list of places I dont need to re-visit. Ever.

What happened to Potstickers??? After years of great food, we went last night to be horribly disappointed. First they are out of lobster. Really? Out of 4 meals only one was good. The other 3 were no better then our local Chinese takeout, way more expensive of course. And the portions were shockingly small. Soggy broccoli with big stems attached, the mighty Alaskan King Crab sushi only contained small bits of meat. Our service was great, at least. I did tell our server how disappointed we were and asked if the restaurant changed hands, and he did apologize, not that it was his fault, but we did not receive any explanation from management. 6pm last night and the place wasnt even half full, now we know why.

Im a Chinese. The food here is Asian, not Chinese. Potstickers: tastes fresh. Cant complain about anything but the price. Mango chicken: theres nothing like this in China at least. I dont know whether its from other part of Asia or its simply "Americanized". I dont like the mango, or anything inside. The only thing nice about here is the tableware and their decorations on the wall...Plus if you are American maybe youll like it, since the people in the restaurant when I was there are mostly American.

Amazing food, excellent service! This was our third visit to Pot Stickers, and amazingly enough, they did it AGAIN! The attentive wait staff, menu selection, super fast service, and out-of-this-world cuisine were ALL excellent. 3 different visits, three distinctly different menu selections, yet the SAME amazing food and excellent service. Not only is Pot Stickers worthy of impressing a first date, I would recommend it for wedding receptions and anniversaries as well, as the decor is simply beautiful!

From a foody that lives in this area I can tell you that this has become one of our weekly restaurants. It is surprisingly well decorated for a strip mall spot. Most of the food we have tried has been excellent. The sushi is very good - try the Angry Tuna Roll. Prices are just a touch high but that is acceptable since there is nothing else like it in the area. Service has been young but well trained with just a few goofs. A nice spot for lunch or dinner - especially for Newark.

Slightly overpriced, great food. Food: Sushi is really good and creative offerings. Dishes can be somewhat smaller than you might expect but great flavor. Service: Really friendly and prompt. Manager (Owner?) likes to come around to tables to make sure you are having a great experience. Atmosphere: Very clean place and very well decorated. Value: There are other places with just as good sushi for cheaper. Maybe a little steep.

You cannot realize how beautiful the restaurant is from outside. The food is spectacular, atmosphere is great, and service is prompt. I LOVE their sea dragon roll and double happiness roll. For the chinese entrees, my favorites are wok shaken beef and prawn, teriyaki salmon, general Tsos.... Yumm. And i must say the potstickers are right on point. Overall, this restaurant is a must try. I will definitely go back.
