This BWW has the worst to go system out of all the ones I have been to. I typically order online and take my order to go. Ive done that about 5 times in the past 3 months or so at this location. Each time Ive had to wait 30 minutes or more AFTER the estimated order pickup time to actually get my order even when they werent busy. Thats almost 50 minutes total from the time the order is placed online since they estimate the completion time will be approximately 20 minutes after the order is placed. This is also the only BWW Ive been to that (if you pay online for your to-go order) requires you to physically produce the card you paid with AND your ID for you to get your food. Ive already paid! Why are they swiping my card again and asking for my ID? What is the point of even having the option to pay online? On top of that, this location doesnt even ask for this every time, just SOMEtimes depending on who is working at the counter. This tells me this is a poorly-implemented, useless practice. In my opinion if I paid for a to-go order online and arrived to the restaurant at the time they estimated the meal would be ready, I should just be able to pick up my food and be on my way.

My boyfriend and I tried to give this location a chance 4+ times. We were disappointed each time. We tried dinning in the majority of the times but attempted to get takeout last night. This location is disorganized and the staff are usually friendly but confused. Last night was terrible, we arrived to pick up our order and the boxes were soggy/falling apart. The order from the number of boxes appeared fine. But my boyfriend had the misfortune of taking a bite of the hottest sauce wings that were not what we ordered! He was expecting a bourbon flavor "Limited Edition", something mild and experienced burning that ruined the other wing flavors and the rest of the night. The label on the box said Limited Edition in LARGE PRINT but they had another label on the box that said in fine print blazin. To add to the disappointment they didnt give us the full 40 wings that we ordered. They also did not give us the correct number of orders of vegetables as listed on the receipt. I would avoid this location, as this paragraph is only one of the many times they messed up our order.

Walked into the store, 4 separate employees made eye contact with me and scattered to various time wasting activities rather than greet or seat us. One started shuffling napkins after being spurred into action by arriving customers from a comfortable seated position. Another rapidly turned around and picked up a tray, walked 20 feet and set it down, then proceeded to walk back to where he picked it up, walked back over to the tray, picked it up and brought it to the original position. Two others felt the need to loudly speak on phones in an effort to imply their conversation was more important than the people waiting. If even one employee had said "hello, well be with you in a moment," it wouldve been fine. The restaurant was near empty, and the employees didnt seem to want to do their job. Waited 2 minutes of intermittent eye contact and renewed napkin shuffling and left.

The place wasnt packed tonight, but service was slow at the bar. First the bartender took our order. Then he tried to pour the beer, it was out. He said he had to get someone to change the keg. 20 mins later her said he had asked 4-5 times for them to change it..still nothing. I said F@^# it, give me a Pepsi. 45 mins go by, no food yet. When we inquired about how much longer for the wings...he just said, Im not sure. After a hour and 5 mins, the wings came , cold and wrong sauce..of course. We ate it anyways and went to pay the bill...yep the beer that was never poured was on it. Im sure he was expecting a good tip when we left...Im not saying it was all his fault, but he didnt help by being on his phone texting most of the time we were there. Pretty positive he wasnt texting the kitchen to see where our food was. Chances are, we wont be dining there again.

I have been to this B-Dubs location 3 times and on each time I left throughly disappointed and disgusted. On my first visit a friend and I waited over 30 mins to be served and it wasnt even a busy night then I server kept disappearing. On my second visit my server was so inattentive. She gave us the bill and left for 20 mins we had to track her down to close our bill out because we were in a rush. My last and final visit was the final straw. I walked in and sat at the bar it wasnt busy but I went unacknowledged and went to the front to let the hostess know I needed to be serve and he just gave me a whatever kind of look. With that happening I just decided to leave. As much as I love B-Dubs this location will never get another red penny from me.

Waitress super friendly. Food is not to my taste. To get wings sloppy with sauce is basically eating like a 3 year old. Why does the sauce have to be slopped onto the wing... sometimes less is more (thats a hint, management) The beer prices are a little steep. $7.80 for a black and blue. I can get the same the at Woodys for half that. Less than half actually. I most likely wont be back. Nothing more than the menu selections on wings are limited. Prices a little over the top. Two small orders of wings, (18 pieces total), an appetizer of hollowed out mozzarella sticks (the cheese is cooked out of the things), a beer and a soda... $41. and change before tip. Way to pricey for lunch.

First time here and last! I ate here on May 22 ~9pm and everything tasted alright and the atmosphere was bleh. Server was very good. 6 hours later, I wake up and Im in excruciating pain. the rest of the day was, well, sort of a blur as I had a high fever and explosive BMs. I went to to the doc-in-a-box and they diagnosed me with Severe Febrile Gastroenteritis with Dehydration. Basically folks, food poisoning and fortunately for me, I wasnt barfing. It was strictly liquid on the posterior. I got antibiotics and finally felt back to normal almost a week later. Save yourself a possible trip (or many trips to the bathroom) and make sure they cook the f*** out of whatever they serve you.

Of course this place is a corporate chain .... Im sure at the place itself the food is the same as always nothing crazy or better to expect.. but to-go!? Fml! You people at Buffalo wild wings need to teach these employees who run "to-go" how to properly READ the orders. Or use common sense.. if I order 30+wings I would expect at least more than 1 dipping sauce.. no lie every time I order to go from this place Ive never once had it correct or they always give me one sauce with 40 wings. I even pay extra and still cant get it right. Shake my head. If you get to go from here.... Always check your order. These employees obviously worked at Wendys before working here.. lol
