On one visit, I watched the so called manager have a complete breakdown due to someone calling out. The girl was literally in tears. Another visit, they gave me hash browns when I ordered fries. Didnt tell me until I had paid. This was at the drive through. My wife went today and received a soda with no ice. She ordered a plain hotdog for my daughter only to find it had mustard, onions, and ketchup on it. Burger King in Milford DE is just like all the rest of the fast food places here. They are typically not very clean and the people working there are worthless.

They screwed up their brand new burger..I ordered the hot whopper..it wasnt spicy at all and it came on a completely cold bun like it was in a refrigerator.. Found out later it was suppose to have hot sauce and jalapeños on it ..that would of helped the sandwich..this store Is forever missing the mark with extremely poor food execution and service..I guess this owner could care less..Im sick of giving them another try hoping they will improve cause they never do..Jason fuller ur full of shi* you must work there..

People were polite, Bldg was fairly clean, Didnt use the bathroom, Food was as expected, order was correct --- its fast food guys, what do you expect??? I feel that I got what I paid for. The new soda fountain is really cool, but you need a little training on how to use it --- the ice and the soda comes out of the same place, but with different buttons.

I love burger King but the one in Milford de today (5/25/16) sucked! The chicken on the chicken sandwich wasnt cooked, the bread was stale, and the service was awful the girl in the window was mean and not helpful or caring about the customer, thats the 2nd time Ive been there, wont be going back.

The staff were so very nice to me and pleasant. And when I requested hot food they made it fresh for me and my food was perfect. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and fries. I would definitely recommend this place. If I lived closer, this would be the burger king I would definitely go to.

Food is good service is poor had no lids of my drinks and when i asked for them she handed me 2 when i need 4 and was rude when i asked for the other 2 and gave me a problem when i asked for a drink holder

Worst service ever!! The ladies in the back were messing up everyones order, all they were doing was talking and laughing. I waited 20 min and they still never made my order so I got my refund and left!!!
