I was seated with my brother, thirty minutes go by- no drink order was taken. There was a family who was seated next to me just at the 25 minute mark, the waiter ask them for their apps and drinks. This upset me, they had their food and app within those five minutes. We still had no drink orders taken. I went up to the greeter I spoke with the manager. The manager stated she was very sorry and offered us free bloomin onion and a new waiter. I was very hungry at this point but the waiter made them loose my business. I went to a local restaurant instead. The whole time I was missing the tavern double. :/ but its the principle of the matter.

Just in case you dont think Im qualified... Well... I attended Juilliard... Im a graduate of the Harvard business school. I travel quite extensively. I lived through the Black Plague and had a pretty good time during that. Ive seen the EXORCIST ABOUT A HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN TIMES, AND IT KEEPS GETTING FUNNIER EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE IT... NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT YOURE TALKING TO A DEAD GUY... NOW WHAT DO YOU THINK? You think Im qualified?... Seriously though, Red Robin rules!

Average experience. Whisky River BBQ Chicken sandwich was very good but fries were served cold. Wifes french onion soup barely warm and salad was small. Mgr. brought new fries & offered new soup. Server was inattentive and never asked if I wanted more (bottomless) fries. Other chains offer more--1/2 price apps, unlimited soup salad etc. Hadnt been to a Red Robin in several years and no reason to come back soon given this experience.

Great experience at this location. Came with family on our trip and the customer service from the staff was excellent, especially from our server Kate. Food was great and even though it was busy the food came right out. Special mention to the managers Mark and Julie for finding my sons phone after he left it! Came back the next day and they had it. Please visit for great food and customer service.

Great for families. Your kids can talk, tell, or even probably cry and theyll blend right in. Loud atmosphere. Servers do a great job of checking in and keeping your bottomless sides (salad, fries, etc) coming and all food is cooked to order.. Seating is definitely a little tight, so be prepared, but its never been uncomfortable

Our family go to for a quick dining out experience. The food is served relatively quickly depending on time of day. Can be noisey considering how packed it can get but never obnoxious. The wait staff is always courteous. Do yourself a favor and be a grown man drinking root beer floats until youre sick. Its worth it.

This is a typical Red Robin, but a little better. The staff is wonderful; our server Jose was helpful and always friendly and nice. He helped us with a check issue we had with a smile! The service here is pretty quick, and everything we ordered came out perfectly. Id definitely come back to this Red Robin again!

The quality of the food and service have really gone down from when I first started going to Red Robin places. The new burgers are not that good and the old burgers seem more poorly made compared to what they were for a greater price. Ive stopped bothering going. had bits of plastic in my soup .

Decent food for the price, service was really good. We were in at peak time, and didnt wait long for our appetizers or entrees. Everything came out quickly, and accurately, and our server was cooked perfectly. It is a little pricey for a chain restaurant, but all in all I was impressed.

Over all not a good experience. Ordered one burger received another. Forget other aspects of the order. Was told to use the kiosk at the table to order appetizers and to pay. What is the point of a server if I order the food myself. I can pick it up at the counter. Not a good experience.

Kind. Friendly. Considerate. Fast. They served us no problem even though we walked in 45 minutes before they closed, and on another occasion our server was on top of things enough to bring us extra dressing no questions asked. We didnt even have to ask!

Its an okay experience. I personally think their burgers are overpriced for what I can get elsewhere but my kids enjoy going there. The staff is hit or miss on how efficient and friendly they are. I usually go at off times and there is no wait.

Never had bad service or food here. Everyone has gone put of their way to make our child happy as well. We eat here regularly and take advantage of their club deals. Kids menu gives enough for the meal plus some take home for another lunch.

They offer the Boca burger, a vegan burger option, and OMG, served with their bottomless fries and a long island iced tea, needless to say I was in heaven! Our server was attentive and pleasant, I cant wait to go back!

It used to be a lot better how to sit there and wait for 5 minutes before we even got a waitress and then well wait another 10 minutes to order our drinks and then we have no wait another 10 minutes to get our food

Service was a bit slow for the volume of the customers. However the quality of the service outside of the speed is always exceptional. Even with the miss-prep of my burger, it was a very pleasurable experience!

Good selection of burgers. Milkshakes were a little thin and not very cold. Shakes came quickly but burgers were slow. It was late for lunch but place seemed pretty busy. Fries were hot hot hot!

Of the chain restaurants Red Robin is one of the better ones. I go here with my family a lot and we always enjoy the food. My kids really like the garlic fries. Service is usually excellent

Food was cold. Couldnt even get silverware, was told it was all in the dishwasher. Appetizers came out without the dipping sauce and didnt see the server for ten minutes to ask for it.
