A STRONG 2 star only due to the food being amazing. Our experience would have been top notch had it not been for the lack of customer service from the wait staff. #1 our drinks were never refilled..we waited, and waited, and waited, this also means noone ever came to check on us once we were served. #2 my extra wet wings came extra dry even though i requested extra sauce. After gerting up from my table and to only be ignored by the waitstaff finally I proceeded to the bar to request extra sauce. We didnt sit at the bar so this is issue #3. I did specifically ask the bartender that the sauce be warmed before serving. Of course if was frozen when i got it. Finally when another waitress came back to the table she didnt ask us if we needed anything..That request only came after my wife asked for a manager. She had to ask the lady 5 times for a manager before my wife became irritated. Once a manager is asked for that is the end of discussion. When the manager did finally arrive he was very defensive, lacked any concern for the nature of our issues. Even after we told him the food was amazing he proceeded to literally disregard our complaints. The place wasnt busy at all..there were more than enough wait staff to provide regular services but FAILED..TGI Fridays, Dover De; Dupont Hwy..This complaint is heading to corporate!

Not ordering here for to go anymore! Keep messing up our order. A very simple instruction and somehow still would not get it. We order here every friday for takeout, since we are a private practice, we usually have a big order for the staff. Like around $150. One time i placed a big order, they forgot to put the steak in the bag & mind you this was the doctors order, so we have to go back there and pick it up. Another friday that i placed an order i told the person to label the boxes because its for different people & most of them ordered the jack daniel burger with different kinds of preferences like medium well, well done etc so we got the order & guess what? No label! I called them up to let them know and they told me that the only way i know is to cut the burgers, my boss was mad at me because she thinks that i didnt tell the people there to label the orders. I had to cut all the burgers to determine which one is medium well and well done etc which is a pain in the ass. I do not eat burgers nor steak a lot so it was hard for me to determine it. Im an inch of getting fired from my job because of this orders!!! So we decided not to order here for take outs anymore. Thanks a lot fridays!

Right from the start our experience was absolutely horrible. When we walked in the hostess was chomping her gum like a camel, snapping it like a 10 year old school girl. We looked passed that and took our seats. 10 minutes later, no one has come over yet to take our drink order or greet us. The hostess comes back over, asks if anyone has come over yet, then responds "Ill get her". So our waitress finally comes over. We order our drinks and our food because we already had so much time with the menu. The drinks show up, mine is wrong. I ordered a sweet tea, she brought me unsweet. Get that fixed, food shows up, my wifes steak shouldve been medium well (shes pregnant) it was so well done it was actually over cooked and dry. It was like a piece of beef jerky on a plate. My chicken was alright, little dry around the edges, but the shrimp was pretty much pulled out of a freezer bag and dumped in a fryer. Not great... After speaking to the waitress and the manager they did take the steak off the bill which was the least they could do. We paid the bill and left immediately, and will never return. I love TGIF and Ive been to them all over the country. But this one shouldnt even exist.

This place is just awful. The word Awful being an understatement. The waitresses are not the least bit professional at all. One waitress had on a shirt 2 sizes too small with her belly and back out. This was extremely disturbing never the less. We sat down for 30 minutes with no assistance. When the waitress finally comes out she immediately starts talking bad about her coworkers and how she was ready to go home. My appetizers were old and cold. It took another 50 minutes for the replacement appetizers to come out and it was the wrong kinds. The person who brought out my appetizers held my plate with parts of his hands touching my food. This was sickening. This is the worst Fridays I have even stepped into. This was my first and last time coming to this Restaurant. The sanitary conditions are awful, the management is awful, and the service was awful. It cant get any worse than that. We ended up just leaving after we just couldnt take anymore. This place needs to do better if they want to keep there doors open.

We cant find anything on your menu anymore that we like and then you keep changing. I love the atmosphere and service is most the time really great, sometimes a little slow. I wish you would go back through your menus for the last 3 years and list them online somehow and get people to vote for their favorites and then bring the ones back with the most votes. I just Loved some of the things you had on previous menus. One was a Salmon with noodles and some kind of fabulous sauce. I ate it every time I came in. Then you stopped having it and the Parmesan cheese potatoes and you stopped having them. I guess we will give you another try tonight. We usually try you out and see if any of our old favorites come back every 3 or 4 months when it use to be a couple of times a month but are usually very disappointed because it is different things but not the old favorites or anything we like. Sorry, I think this is why you are losing business. Try my suggestion and see what happens.

Didnt stay long enough to recieve any food. We were seated within 10 minutes. We sat at our table ready to order our food for over a half hour. Our server bri n. Passed by us 3 times and never came over for drinks, never introduced herself, nothing! We walked up front to let someone know we were ready to order. The woman we asked about service walked up, rolled her eyes, immediately turned to the table to our right and began cleaning up their dirty plates! We immediately stood up and walked to the front and asked for the manager. He stood there calmly and spoke with us, he was doing a GREAT job. I felt we got our point across. He gave us coupons for a free appetizer and dessert, but we told him we will never come back, so as we left he STILL insisted we come back and use those coupons. There isnt any amount of free food or coupons that could get me to go back. That is the 3rd time we have had terrible service!

Ive never experienced more prejudice and racism in the USA in my life. The manager Tina Montee treated my family like criminals because I ordered a drink and my sister who is 24 took it and added it to hers. She proceeded to use the words "you people" in the sentence she was telling us to get out of her store. She didnt even ask for my sisters ID (which was a few feet away) She called the police and got them to come there by telling them we brought our own liquor! She assumed we were underage and uneducated. I only came to that conclusion after she asked us if we were stupid and didnt know delaware law. I would have tolerated the "stupid"comment if we got to take a sip of the drink before she came running to protect delaware law thanks to our smart waitress Meghan. Thankfully the cops agreed that she overreacted after hearing the other customers statements about this irate woman
