At Chick-fil-A the employees are always polite, and attentive. Everyone knows their assignments which makes for great service. They seem happy to have a job that offers a sense of standards (nice uniforms, cleanliness throughout all of the restaurant whether it is in the dinner area, kitchen, or the bathrooms). Although earning a living is usually based on a persons educational level and the effort they put towards they job each day, it is easy to see that everyone at Chick-fil-A shares a sense of pride in themselves and respect towards each other. Thank you.

I love chick fil a but will never come back to this one. The restaurant was dirty. There were flies all over the tables because of the food on the empty tables. I checked 10 tables and could not find a clean one. I finally went to the counter to request that someone clean a table. As she was cleaning the table, we realized the owner or manager had been leaning over a the only available booth to visit with a customer while being surrounded by dirty tables.

This is the best fast food restuarant Ive ever been to! The customer service is outstanding and specifically Beth is so personable and makes you so feel at home. She makes you feel like youre at a four star restaurant!! It is a very clean atmosphere with an attention to detail; fast food bathroom very spotless. What!!! Thank Chick Fil A for making our stop right off the highway the most memorable experience.

Excellent service, consistently friendly and welcoming staff, great food, and pretty much all the registers are used on weekends so there is little to no wait! Not to mention in all the times Ive eaten there theyve NEVER gotten an order wrong like so many other fast food restaurants... Plus you get one free refill which theyre always happy to do!

I love that you dont have to pay for dipping sauce and its free refills that and employee comes around to the table, you can dine outside with your dog, and if you like really sweet drinks I would definitely go with their lemonade made with real sugar (they do offer lemonade with splenda to) it was so sweet but thats what I love

This "fast food " restaurants is the best. Although not so much like fast food but more like home cooking.... You can never go wrong here, the food is always the best and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They certainly know how to make you feel welcome for sure. I am a customer for life.. GK

BEST CHICKEN EVER!!!!!!!! i always order a spicy chicken sandwhich with mayo and pickles with fries and a cookies and cream milkshake. you cant go wrong with it and its alot healthier than mcdonadls so if your on a diet and want fast food go to chick-fa-la what are you waiting for go already!!!!

Every Chick-fil-A that I have been to has been as least very good. This one is excellent. A great staff who try to do it right, and a Management team that cares about their community. Plus, its always clean and food is just delicious. This is the best fast food restaurant in Dover.

It was super busy and crowded it there today, but the staff worked well and kept things moving smoothly. With as crazy as it was the line moved fast and the move was right even having a special order. Even still had someone around to refill your drink of you wanted.

Its a good place to eat in especially for the kids. They have a small playground so the kids can enjoy their time after eating. Food is delicious & of very good quality. Prices are little above the other fast food chains prices but its worth it.

All trash cans in restaurant were over flowing, no towels in mens room, womens trash all over floor. The dirtiest chick-fil-a we have ever been in. We live in Virginia just passing through.

Nice people but not as things are in Georgia. Chicken is often not breaded right. Buns are burned and orders are sometimes wrong. They dont sell gravy for breakfast either.
