Wanted a appetizer before our meal waited 45 min then reminded the server. She said they were busy. Then went to the restroom came back and the appetizer and our meal was on the table. The melted cheese to dip the chips in were crusted over and cold. When we asked to speak to the manager there was no apology just we have been short staffed. If anything apologize and make the customer feel better about the situation. We wont be back.

One of my least favorite bdubs. We live right down the road, so we have been here quite a few times. Service is always horrible. Bartenders are horrible (except Lynn). Management does nothing. My boyfriend complained about not having any dry buffalo rub on his wings & the bartender squinted her eyes and said she could see a speck on a wing, so it must have had rub on it. Find better employees!!

It was not the best. Our server had a disconnected attitude, we had a party of 14 she was sarcastic toward us. We waited an hour for our food and instead of serving our food and drinks as they were ready we were served cold food. This was supposed to be a great ending to our family outing and my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I can say this place left a bad taste in my mouth

Over priced wings and food, no value, you basically pay to watch a bunch of sports on big screens. For Veterans Day all they offered was a free small wings, while other chain restaurants offered free meals to veterans and active military. Ironically, Dover AFB is about two miles away. Shame on you!

There are significantly better wing places all throughout Dover and Camden that I recommend any locals go to. The restaurant itself never seems as clean as it should be, the building is extremely loud (to be expected for a sports bar) and the staff have never seemed friendly or interactive.

Experience will depend on your waiter. Theres a few male servers that you can tell its going to be an annoying time. Foods great and best place in Dover to watch sports. Get a guy server though and orders will be wrong and be prepared to be there at least 2 hours

The atmosphere is loud and rambunctious but thats to be expected.The appetizers are a waste of money but they have a good selection of meals but I suggest not getting the Buffalo Mac and cheese.All and all its OK and just got remodeled so its nice and clean

Mary was the best part of my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Shes a great waitress and kept a positive attitude the whole time. I hope anyone who gets served by Mary at the Dover Buffalo Wild Wings gets as great a service as I did. Best of luck Mary.

We had a party of 9 come in during a Sunday afternoon/evening during football season and were there for about 5 hours. Drinks and food were brought out quickly and the service was outstanding. Only 1 waitress for our group and she killed it! Well done.

OK. Been to better BDubs that are more generous with sauce. Nearly every time we come here, we have to send the wings back for more sauce. No other BDubs to go to, so we just limit or visits here. Always friendly waiting staff though.

I always have the best time at dover! The waitresses are hot and funny and service is great everyone always seems to be having a great time. Good happy hour specials who can beat 3 coors lights in big glasses. Def worth stoping in

i love this place me and my friends go every week. Every week we get the same waiter named Mike. He is the best waiter ive ever had. If your ever there ask for mike trust me. The italian burger is the best burger ever get it.

Your average B-Dubs dirty taps average service and big TVs. Same B-Dubs food you can get anywhere in the country, and big name beers. If youre looking for a cookie-cuter chain wings spot here you go this is it.

A decent BWWs. Good food and great service. A great place to grab lunch and a beer. Gets very crowded when the games are on. I recommend to grab a tall Dos Equis and a mountain of boneless wings.

Bdubs...more like b drugs, known for there wings but known for there zone who makes undercooked wings with feathers still attached. ill be sure to order my wings from pizza places

Long wait for drinks and food with very few customers in the restaurant. Tex-Mex loaded nachos were so salty that it was inedible. Waitress did deduct it from our bill.
