Seriously gross. Place was empty , AND EVERY Table Was Dirty . I gave it a try because my kids wanted it. Biscuits were hard. So hard that when tray slipped off of table because I was cleaning the tabke so my kids could sit, the biscuit bounced. They replaced the meal that fell but as my kids and I were cleaning tbe floor , they walked around us. So I stopped trying to clean and I waited 30 minutes and no one cleaned the rest up. The kids meals are a joke and service is slow and rude. Like they are doing me a favor. I can walk To THIS Location But NEVER Will Again. Why they took the one off Branford hill is beyond me. Milford is the next closest one and thats not close.

This place has got to be a joke. I once went through the drive-through in the evening when one other person was there and placed my order but unfortunately I had to sit behind the other person for 5 minutes (who knows how long they were there for) and there is no way to just leave because the drive-through is a trap the size of a prison cell so you cant go around to escape. Once I finally got to the window it was my turn to wait, it was literally probably 15 minutes. Inside is no better either.

This is the absolute most disgusting place I have ever been. I like a little kfc once in a while too. But wow every single time if Im with someone else and ordering more then one meal I have to drive up and explain it to the staff in person. Then I have consistently gotten incorrect orders, missing items, cold food, stuff I didnt even order, no napkins, no fork like the list goes on. All given to me with people who have the worst attitude. Beware do not go here its nasty and dirty !!!

OMG what a horrible KFC I have been to all of them in Connecticut and believe me this is NOT A KFC, rude staff the young girl was really obnoxious not only to me but the other three people who walked out, the place is dirty the chicken taste funny real funny and is watery, i argued for a refund but got no where even called the corporate and got blown off hoping this one closes down real soon...................

This place is ran by some of worst people in CT. Rude staff burned chicken and the dirties place ever. No one knows what they are doing. Cant wait for the Popeyes to open up in East haven. I bet this place goes under! The crackhead begging for my change inside the store was cleaner and nicer then the staff. Thanks Mr. Kernel

This place was nasty, there were chicken pieces on the floor and other stuff.. a fly kept bother my boyfriend and they couldnt even get our order right and we had to wait for our food too I dont know how there even open wont recommend to anyone doubt Ill go back

Food is ok. The driveway of the drive thru is a little narrow and the bushes need to be trimmed. It scratched up the side of my van. To be fair the bushes belongs to the house next door
