Tonight I showed up with three other people to make 3 separate orders. THe 5$ box is back and I wanted to get that. I said can I get a drink? He said it doesnt come with a drink do you still want one and I said "yes" so he charged me. Then my brothers friend went up, and then I went up. As I sat down waiting for the food, I realized that this guy not only gave my brother and his friend bigger cups, but their orders were cheaper. I thought he was gay for them until I went to the counter and confronted the guy about it, being really nice, and saying "Im sorry but you charged me more than the other two and they didnt have drinks on their receipt" and he said "oh yeah well they got the combos" and I was like.. what?! So... he gave them the combos without even saying they wanted the combos, but said the reason I didnt hear him say they had a combo was because I was talking. I literally was about to slap this asshol, telling him all about how I work two jobs and go to college and dont have the extra money for someone that doesnt care about their job to mess up. I wasnt talking, as I always pay attention when Im making my order and make eye contact the whole time. Im really upset because as o was obviously in distress, he was smirking and like laughing. I got my money back because my boyfriend went back up, and this guy couldnt say anything to him, stuttering the whole time. I dont know if this guy is just stupid or sexist but you guys really choose bad people to represent your stores.

Love the place and they have good service the Managers and Crew Members are all nice and respectful... I was there Yesterday and i got treated with lots of respect by Eric one of the Managers there and let me say he greeted me nicely and he has a good sence of humor and i also like how we sat down to eat and Eric came out to the table to check if we needed anything else and told us to enjoy are food and my wife and I fine that very nice of him to ask if we are doing fine and if there was anything else he can help us with and he also welcome us back and also said Thank You for coming to Popeyes and hope to see you again soon with a nice smile on his face. Thanks Eric for your service and Respect and we need more people like you that has great customer service and a great smile on your face. God Bless You and we will be back there to eat again. Thanks

Wow its been so long seems the last time i was there in Popeyes i dont know when i should came back to Wallingford, Connecticut and to me it will be a pleasure to come back to the U.S and work the once again Popeyes its the place where i learn everything my first job where i made my first real good and closest friends oh man i real miss this place :/

We went there and my wife asked for the fish, and tasted awful. It was salty and hard. She asked to change it for something else but the manager refused and didnt gave her the money back either. He was very rude and unprofessional. I dont know how they leave people like that run a business. It was a bad experience. Dont think in going back.

Its a chain restaurant so the food is good, but the staff and equipment at this particular store are absolutely atrocious. Their service is exceptionally slow, they get orders wrong more often than not, and they exude an air of complete boredom. In addition, their drive through ordering terminal has been broken for 2-3 years.

Really good chicken in a typical fast food environment. Staff was friendly and the chicken was fantastic. They have no problem mixing hot and regular to your needs and the biscuits are among the best Ive had. The price really made it worthwhile but the fountain soda was flat and warm.

Its good when its hot and fresh. Sharp decline afterwards. Great flavors and subtle spices make that Popeyes taste unmistakable. Be prepared to wait for your fare however because its often being fried to order. Which isnt a bad thing. Just makes the wait worth it.

I have been a contributor to Popeyes for years but I finally have to say Im going to stop eating there because it gives you the worst heartburn and stomach upset around from whatever spices that use so a fun tradition is now coming to an end

The staff was friendly and the food hot and well prepared. Only thing I had a slight problem with is the dining room was not well maintained. Nothing gross or anything like it. Just need to be swept and wiped down.
