Yeahh lets just say well never go back to this TB again. My fiance and I go to the Selden or Port Jeff locations a few times a month. Never have any problems. We stopped here as we passed by last night to grab a quick dinner. First we realized the line for the drive-thru was overflowing into the highway. We decided to just go inside hoping it would be faster. Took about 5 min just to get a spot due to the parking lot being a huge backed up mess. Actually heard someone crash into another car while we tried squeezing through to find a spot. We go inside and were first greeted by a girl nodding off in the center booth. At She would get up, talk to this employee that we assumed was her friend or co-worker, then nod back out. Guess she decided sleeping in the front and center booth was professional. Were greeted by the nasty cashier who seemed to hate everyone. My fiance whispered "Oh my god, WHY does she hate us?". We make our order (after the cashier was done excusing herself for a min to go sneeze all over the place), go to fill our drink, and realize the soda machine is basically empty. Out of the 10 or so beverages I think 2 were working. Other customers were yelling at the staff about this, asking if they could just use the drive-thru soda machine to fill their drinks. One employee responded "Nope, those aint working either". We sat down to wait for our food. After about 15 min we finally started getting a little antsy. Usually the wait is a few min, never more than 10. Food comes out, we sat down to eat, and my fiances burrito is ice-cold. Didnt even bother asking for another since the wait was still ridiculous. The icing on the cake was finding a bug (either a roach or a centipede) crawling on our table. My fiance freaked out, I flicked it away, and we were done. We officially had enough and took the rest of our food in the car (well, I did. My fiance disgustedly threw hers away). Another customer also saw bugs and walked out around the same time. No idea how a TB can be run SO poorly, even with the staff made up entirely of teens. But its safe to say we wont be returning here ever again.

This is the closest taco bell to my house, so its the one I go to. It is rare to find it without a line. So expect a long wait. Many times they have messed up my order. They have simply left something out, my food was ice cold, or they gave me the wrong thing. I know you can order ahead on their app, but Im a little behind on technology so Ive never tried it. They will make things to order, so that gives you more vegetarian options, but then they charge you for everything you want different. Their boxes are a better deal than anything else on the menu. For what you get, its a good deal, since everything is so expensive.

Prices go up quality goes down. As Clara Pellar once asked. Where"s the beef? If I order a beef taco. It would be fantastic to get beef inside the taco with lettuce and tomato. I ordered the 12 taco box and after eating 12 tacos, I was still hungry. Not very happy with the out come. And why does your establishment charge for sour cream?

Food was fresh, but they really need to update their menu telling people what is in it, they have a new taco with a sift shell but it has avocado ranch (light green sauce) but the picture has a (white sauce) I thought it was plain ranch or sour cream. Staff was nice and made it with sour cream instead.

I did satisfy my hunger but the seats and tables had some food particles even the floors. I understand that some people are uneducated and dont want to keep things clean after them but the staff need to do their job. I dont like to walk on food particles and I dont want to ruin my outfit.

Worst taco bell ever always messes up orders. Literally messed up my orders more than 5 times. How hard is it to understand no sour cream? Ordered a steak chalupa had like 4 pieces of steak. Dont bother to ask for sauce cause its never in the bag.

Its Taco bell! Food is always the same. Tasty and cheap for late night Munchies. They lose a star because they are the only Taco Bell I known of that runs out of Nacho Cheese. Can you believe it? A Taco Bell that has no nacho cheese? BLASPHEMY!

Slowest drive thru service on Long Island. I wait 10 minutes from initial pull up to food handing. Their good preparation is very good and attitude is happy. I would give a 5 if drive thru wasnt like waiting inside.

Tacobell is always so cheap and the food is probably the best of the fast food chains. One gripe with this specific location is they will mess up your order on occasion, but theyve been good recently!

Always a long drive thru line. Have gotten orders wrong a few times. For a picky person ordering meat and cheese tacos i get a piece of tomato or lettuce mixed in the taco. But food always hot.

Upon my last visit I tried the Steakhouse Nachos and washed it down with an iced tea. The ingredients were plentiful and delicious. A great stop for a quick lunch.
