I went through the drive thru at around 10:25 am and asked if lunch was being served. I am then yelled at by the drive through crew member named Tiara. I am tempted to leave but I was tired from a long drive and my children were hungry so I went ahead and ordered. This girl was angry all throughout taking my order, mind you I was still composed and polite. At this point I dont know whats exactly her problem but I think its because I had the gall to make her actually do work. Well I went through and paid and she was very abrasive and rude with this face like she wanted to kill me. And when I asked for a manager I was told there was none and basically ignored. I tried to call the restaurant and talk to the supervisor and it seems they either disconnect the phone to prevent customers from complaining or they are on the phone constantly.This is the problem with people that have never worked hard in their lives but dont care about ruining someones business. Well I also work very hard for my money and when I want to spend it I want to at least get decent service not this garbage. Very upsetting experience for me as this was my favorite Burger King. But service has really gone down the toilet here and all I can say for now is they lost a customer forever.

I think the morning shift and a few other employees are dedicated and hard working,But if you go for lunch or dinner Wether theres line or not you will wait considerably because the main focus is on current topic of discussion between employees and not the customer. Which usually will be reflected in the substandard food recieved compared to other burger kings Ive been to and could be improved through stricter management and better training during those shifts.

Thought Kelsey was hungover as she was a little rude and never smiled. Then I realized she did not know how customer service worked as someone from the kitchen came out talking about what he does when he goes to court and she was all smiles and buddy buddy with him. Watertown deserves better than this, I cant believe these are the same people who want 15 bucks an hour.

Hate this Burger King hope it goes out of business went there at 9am today NO ONE THERE. They need to stop hiring the hoodlums from the Waterbury projects on Oakville Ave in Waterbury. There is a reason they live there its because they have zero ambition! That translates in their work ethic. Start hiring local kids from Watertown pleeeeease!! God I hate Burger King!

Been here ten times to get a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit at around 8;30 9 am in the morning. And guess what they never have them. The best was today when i pulled up at 8;30 in the morning and asked for one and the kid said sorry were out of them. And i replied so u have no more in the store and he said we do but we have to make them .... Place sucks!!!!!

Its Burger King, they can update the restaurant all they want but it is still Burger King. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly, the food is consistent with other well managed Burger King restaurants where the food is prepared to corporate standards. If you like Burger King this one is a good one.

They are always closed at night even though signs and websites say they are open until 11 pm during the week. One of the servers once told me that they purposely turn off lights and signs so that customers think they see closed when they arent. 10 pm or earlier some times they are closed. FREQUENTLY!!

this branch is awful, worst service i have ever had, the food was dry and stale and the staff were rude, disrespectful and completely inappropriate. the girls were cursing and yelling in front of little children and i saw one of them drop fries on the floor and serve them. it was disgusting

Horrible service. Went in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes and had to drive off without my food. I was completely ignored,and everyone else inside was getting served their food as if the drive thru didnt exist. They didnt come to the window once! Never going back.

Almost every time I go to this Burger King something goes wrong. My order is always wrong and the service is poor. I sat in the drive thru for almost ten minutes once waiting for someone to answer. I had to reverse out of the drive through and went in instead.

This Burger King is very clean and the staff seems courteous... however, if youre really hungry and need a quick bite, dont go there. They take a long time before you get your order.

If you want to wait 40 minutes for cold food, then by all means! Otherwise go across the street to Gs Burgers. Worst location Ive ever been too in my life.

I like this Burger King. The staff are friendly. I frequent here once or twice a month for the Rodeo Burger and Value Fries. A fair deal for a good meal.
