This is the worst experience Ive had with fast food in a long time... And thats saying something. The service was not rude, but inept. When I drove up to the drive through, they asked me, "Are you all set?" I guess they must have thought I was another person. I could hear them talking in the background to other customers, and when I expressed confusion as to what was going on, they acted annoyed, as though I was the one being dumb. "No, Im talking to you, are you all set?" I decided that I must have just been confused or something, and went ahead and placed my order. I ordered a quesadilla and a Pepsi, but both were disgusting. The Pepsi was so flat that I couldnt drink it (it tasted like cough syrup) and the quesadilla hadnt even been heated. The cheese was raw and the chicken was cold. Its not like they were super busy... I was the only customer in line, and now I can see why! I definitely will not be going back to this restaurant.

I went in there on a Thursday morning. I was the only customer in the store. The manager and other employees were clearly visible from where I stood. Granted they were busy making food, for who I dont know as there was no customers at drive-thru or inside, but no one would wait on me despite my calling out "hello" multiple times. Finally, a young man came over and told me no one was interested in taking my order so he would and he gave me a free drink for my trouble. Disappointing, especially if your having a time crunch.

Ive been trying to get a part time job at this place for over a month now. They think its funny to lie about whether or not the manager is there (several times), when Im seriously just pursuing a job. Not sure why they have to be so childish. Really need this job though, smh.

waited 35 min for my order an still they forgot an item an then when i got home i had no beef in my burrittos. girl that took my order looked like she stuck her finger in the light socket was not well groomed at all. place was dirty an service was awful. will not return here

I was there for like half an hour waiting for my small order. They took for ever and they had only a few people working. I was super tired and hungry. Got out of work to eat something quick and i had to wait for a while. I was inside waiting not the drive thru

Why are the tacos so bad? 12 pack of cold floppy should be hard tacos. I had to wait in the parking lot for you to bring me 12 floppy cold tacos. Your name is taco bell. Learn how to make tacos. I threw them all away. You suck.
