The delivery was horrible. I waited 2 hours for my food. When I finally get my food they forgot my drinks n the rest of my food at the restaurant which took another 2 hours. Once the food arrive Im already ready for bed. They swore knocked on my door n no one answered. So when I called the restaurant they made it seem like it was my fault that I didnt get the rest of my order Cause I didnt come to the door when they simply couldve called my cell to come out. The lady on the phone was very rude n making excuses when she shouldve just apologized for her fuvk up of leaving my order in the first place. So the delivery man comes back with my order I go inside my house n open the bag n its the wrong order!!!! I first ordered my food at approximately 7:00pm n finally got my drinks @ 12am. My dumplings were so cold n stale so that was a waste. This was my first experience eating from there and last!!!

The absolute most HORRIBLE delivery service in the entire world! We ordered at 4:40 and were quoted an hour for delivery. Its now 7:15 and still NO food. Weve called twice and the woman says shes calling the driver and will call us back and never did. Spent 50 and gave 15% tip and this happens? As a Jamaican I expected more than this terrible service. No amount of good food will make up for this service. 2 1/2 hours later still no food!

The food is good but the service is horrible. Unless you are a person from the islands they pay you no mind. I sat in the store for 10 mins before I was even spoke to. Good food, bad service I suggest calling before you pick it up to avoid the mess.

I ordered my food at 4:42pm it didnt arrive until 6:34pm cold and soggy. I paid $62 for small portions of food that was barely enough to feed a family. It was a waste of money and poor service. Never again!

How can you serve rice thats uncooked! I was so disappointed not to mention hungry. Dont waste your money like I did. Drive down to Mikeys on East Main St were you can guarantee COOKED FOOD

The wife and I came in she ordered half goat half oxtail and I had the lobster and shrimp and serving sizes were amazing, taste was excellent. Definitly try the ginger fruit punch.
