Thanks for nothing. After reading all the great reviews we decided to give this place a try for our first parents date night in a long time. As we pulled in from the road it was just like what we saw in the photos, very quaint and exactly what were looking for. When we walked inside there was two tables open outside and two tables inside with no one sitting at them. We were then approached and told that they had no room for us and they had reservations for all the tables booked all night. My wife and I could not believe they were that quick to push us out the door. Nowhere on your website does it say you need to have Saturday night reservations. We will make sure to tell everyone about our experience and we will never give Quercibella another chance again. Thanks for ruining the first part of our date night, Simsbury will appreciate our business.

Not the best experience with an open kitchen and a seemingly arrogant chef.... I ordered takeout a few weeks ago and aside from having an outdated menu on their website, when I arrived to pick up, they had forgotten one of my items- an appetizer. The wait staff were all very nice and apologetic, but when the server went back to the chef to tell him about the forgotten item, he looked at her with indifference and made no extra effort to speed the process of my appetizer. Like I said, open kitchen. The restaurant was not at capacity. Subsequently, I waited approx 15 minutes, while my flatbreads got cold, and the wait wasnt even worth it for grilled cauliflower. Theyre calamari and flatbreads are amazing, but it comes at the expense of being on the receiving end of arrogant behavior.

I give a lot of points to a restaurant which serves local farm fresh and organic foods. Its noticeable in every bite. The service is impeccable and I always feel like I am part of their family. Their pizza toppings are unique as are their main dishes which usually put a twist on the ordinary. Sunday brunch is a must try. This restaurant may be slightly more expensive than the surrounding fare but its well worth it.

The food here was expensive but good. Everything was fresh and delicious. I had to give 3 stars instead of 5 because the waitress forgot to put my sons order in, so everyone else at my table was eating while I had to keep a 3 year old entertained. When the owner asked me if we wanted anything for my son I knew what was up. But they comped my sons pizza which was good. So overall I would go back.

We have driven past this place a bunch of times and finally decided to stop. Why did we wait so long? This place is fantastic! Not only are the dishes delicious but so original too. The atmosphere is great and service impeccable. We will definitely be back! 1.26.17 Another great visit to Quercibella! Food was just as good, atmosphere great and service impeccable!

Great, great restaurant! Creative, unique flatbreads and small plates. Im surprised so few reviews here, recommended by the NYT and Yankee Magazine! Worth a drive to get here, you will not be disappointed.

Great pizza. This is high end gourmet pizza. Pricy for pizza, but oh so good. Thin, delicious crust, fresh high end ingredients. Call for reservations on Friday and Saturday, not many seats.

Just ok. The highlight is the location in that its close to our house! And the interior is cute. The side salad was excellent. The burgers are always overcooked. Service is pretty slow.
