TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered delivery. $80 worth. Took almost an hr to deliver. They didnt give us 3 items that where ordered and when we called to tell then that told us to either come pick it up or wait an hr for it to be delivered. We went to pick it up of course. And the lady at the front was rude, told us one of the items we where missing wasnt even charged and we would not be getting it because they dont give out free food. This obviously didnt go over too well. We eventuality where given our food and shood out the door. Checking the food, they gave us the item in question but left out the entrée we where missing originally aswell. And when we called back we where hung up on 3 times and told to call tomorrow. Outrageous.

I told them that before I order, I need a restroom. They couldnt even begin to understand what I was saying. So, after many attempts and different terms for a restroom, I left, used a restroom at Dunkin, and returned. Now I try to place an order, and they dont take debit cards. They use checks. Apparently, theyre stuck in the 1990s and have never heard of a restroom, bathroom, toilet, lavratory, loo, privey, comode, or "place to take a piss".

absolutely terrible experience. if you ever want to eat at the restaurant highly do not recommend, bugs crawling all over the place. Makes me wonder whats in the food...Left with the worst taste in my mouth, had to get a pizza to realize what good food is. Oh and if you want water dont forget to bring your own waterbottle or pay 5$ for a poland spring 12 oz bottle

Having recently moved to Wallingford, weve tried several Chinese restaurants around town, and have settled on Gold Star as a cut above the others. While I would not recommend for dining in - it is spartan in that regard - the food is reliably tasty, consistent and well-prepared. Its also nice to be recognized as a returning customer.

The food is decent at best but what leaves an even worse taste in your mouth is the service. The woman answering the phone is ill-tempered, ill-mannered and disagreeable. 一点礼貌都没有！

No frills, but the food is good, you can watch them cook it.Its primarily carryout but you can eat in. Not really table-service. They take cash or checks, no credit/debit cards

Driver YELLED standing in the driveway for me to come out. The food is too expensive for the quality, and on top of that they overcharged me $5. Food was very much "OK".
