Went Mothers Day night only because chilis and longhorn across the street was packed. It was Sunday around 730 when we arrived. Were told 15 min wait. As were waiting a family of 3 were asking host to pay heir bill so they can leave because theyve waited forever and no food. We should have left when we heard that. Seated. Half the tables were empty it was not packed. Took about 15 min to put in drink and app order. Waited another 15 minutes for drinks and we didnt even order cocktails just fountain drinks! After a half hour after ordering our app came out and we asked the server for our meals to go at this point. After an hour of waiting or meals finally came out to go with the check. Gave cash immediately but needed change. Another 10-15 min of waiting for change!! Im not sure if they were understaffed but its Mothers Day they should be prepared for it to be busier... Even though half the tables were empty. 2 different tables got up and left shortly after seating bc it was taking too long. We Probably could have waited a half hour at chilis and been served faster.

the server was and old cranky blonde lady. if you want a waiter who enjoys their job go somewhere else. the servos was slow. the food was clearly left out to long before bringing it to the table, because it screamed reheated in a microwave. they could not even remember to bring out the bread. when it did come there was not enough bread for every one at the table. overall the meal was so slow. the fastest part of the evening was the check. it seemed to fly to the table. one final note is if you go here make sure to count your change. they cant count money for their lifes. they screw up making change for a one hundred when the bill was forty dollars. this place was a disappointment.

Consistently good! Weve stopped in this Ruby Tuesdays for dinner with my elderly parents or sat at the bar for appetizers or lunch with my husband. The food and service is consistently good and sometimes thats all you want! Weve dined all over the world from five star fine dining to food trucks (not meant to be a negative connotation!) and it is a very relaxed place. No hassles, no pretense, no stress. This last visit we sat in the bar and always enjoy talking to Jessica. She is a delight, friendly, knowledgeable about drinks and the food and she is super efficient. Any establishment would be lucky to have this quality of an employee. Well be back!

People who have basic skills can produce excellence given enough time. Mastery comes when you can produce this excellence under time and other constraints; business, in an implicit bond formed with the exchange of currency, agrees to master their craft. This Ruby Tuesdays falls completely short of this mastery with ridiculous wait times (after ordering), a small portion, subpar green beans, and even a hair found in our food.

I havent been to Ruby Tuesday in awhile but wow was I disappointed. The whole experience was so bad. Food came out wrong, one member of our party got shoe leather as a steak. The manager was going from table to table apologizin and trying to make things right. I will never go there again.

I liked the place, the food the service. The waitress was very nice without being too much. The bbq ribs were nice the Rubys Relaxer drink was lovely (worthy to pay +$1 for large). I dont give them 5 stars because in our area it got a bit cold after the dinner.

Had a coupon to use. Burgers are not covered by the coupon. Got steak and ribs, ribs were not correct, and received the wrong side order. Steak looked pan fried from frozen. This location leaves much to be desired. Go to north haven, or the mall.

Ruby Tuesday has a new and improved salad bar. Theres a great variety of choices including parmesan chips, edamame, beets, and fried onions. Their dressings are now homemade. I usually go here for the salad bar and it was worth it.

Customer service was really great the food was good as always, but I only gave it four stars because the company took away those delicious biscuits Im truly disappointed I was hoping to taste some of those tasty biscuits again
