Bad customer service. While the products they sell are good....the customer service is bad. I bought some goodies from them including coffee only to find out that they didnt have any, yet I had paid for it. When asked to wait for them to make it, they started taking orders from everyone and their mothers and had me waiting for 10 minutes, when I asked for my money back the said "no no no well make it now" after 5 minutes they continued taking orders from other people which f frustrated me and I finally left without coffee and they kept our money.

go. They literally ruined my weekend. The moment I walked in, the woman working gave me the stink eye and looked down on me. I asked for no bacon, they put bacon on my sandwich so I went back to have them fix it so she yelled at me and told me to pay for it again and complained about having to remake it. She even said "Next time dont mention bacon when you come in here" ... thats because I asked if they had turkey bacon. Horrible woman! Horrible place! Do NOT go!!! No piece of cheesecake is worth being treated with racism and disrespect.

Great food, pastry, cakes, donuts...the best in Seymour! I go there a lot in the morning and the coffee is always fresh and hot and all the breads are fresh and the help is great! Sometimes you may have a little wait because its a busy place for people going to work and getting breakfast but well worth the wait.

Nice variety of sweet desserts, cookies and cakes. Usually there is a sample of something available on the counter. Many coffee choices too. They also make good sized deli sandwiches with quality meats. Grab a big pickle too.

Great food, they always make perfect birthday cakes. I get my daughters cake there every year. We occasionally stop in and grab pastries for dinner parties. I have never had a bad experience there.
