the young guy that works there is very rude and argumentative! I ordered a birthday cake & when I went to pick it up the name was spelled incorrectly and the cake wasnt what I ordered. He got an attitude with me as if Im the one who misspelled the name. Then I asked him why my cake isnt like the one I ordered he said thats extra! Like wtf.... I ordered a specific cake and told him the way I wanted it decorated. He started to get a bit loud with me and the shop was full so i just said ok and walked right out. I dont have the time to degrade myself or culture by stooping so low especially because I was the only African American customer in there... I Will never do business with them again or recommend this shop to anyone. Even if some of the treats are good the customer service is horrible.

I Love this Bakery!! I needed a Birthday cake last minute for my son this past Tuesday and got the Oreo Cake for my sons classmates. It was a huge success everyone loved it. Went back again today to get another Birthday cake for the family get together in PA I choose the cannoli cause I heard it was to die for. Freezing it now we wont be eating it till Saturday cant wait to taste. You can get great sandwiches also use the best cold cuts Boars Head had mine on portuguese roll so light and delish.
