Used them for a wedding at the Eolia Mansion at Harkness. I posted a more detailed review on yelp. Cocktail Hour was a complete disaster. All the hors doeuvres came from COSTCO and they ran out. "Forgot" to put out the champagne toast I had paid for, I reminded them, everything came to a halt and they served a less than half full glass of warm champagne 90% of the guests had ordered filet mignon. They did not ask anyone how they would like their meat. Served each person a lukewarm to cold piece of rare filet. Feedback from guests for this entree ranged from a polite "Ive had better" to "inedible". Side dish, eh. Mahi Mahi, feedback was "it was okay" Sides, were same "eh". Veggie pot pie, I had this, only about 3 requested this. It was very good. No sides came with this. Cake was good but it did not taste as good, nor have the same icing as at the tasting we paid for. They did not serve coffee or cake, it was self serve. This was not expected at a sit down dinner. If your daughter just must must be married at the Eolia, like mine, just use the park for the ceremony and go elsewhere for the reception, If you are still considering this merchant, dont bother paying for a tasting menu, it wont taste that way at your event and dont waste your money on those COSTCO appetizers. Just go for a top shelf open bar. That was the best part of the entire service,

I used them on my wedding day last October, and they did such an amazing job. From the beginning, I was extremely impressed that the staff worked with me on my budget to provide a great option that worked for me. On the actual day of the wedding, I felt so pampered going into the bridal sweet to find all sorts of drinks and snacks for me and my ladies. After the ceremony, it was such a frenzy that I hardly had a chance to breath, but I was touched when the staff came to me and the bridal party while we were doing photos, with a plate of appetizers, so we had a chance to eat. The food was simply AMAZING!! to this day everyone still talks about how good the it was.

My rating is for their breakfast sandwich, served during particular hours, (I was told no they cant make during one of my later than usual visits, and I unfortunately had someone with me to try this sandwich for double the business, oh well) but still I really enjoy my weekly breakfast visits and the smell of all their cooking for the day is intoxicating. This is a catering joint, and their store front breakfast and lunch servings feels like an after thought. With a handful of baked goods (sometimes less) and a menu of soups and sandwiches written in chalk to be made while you wait, while good seems lacking.

Cloud Nine has always been my favorite place to turn to for wonderful food. When planning my daughters wedding I was happy to learn that they also own The Lace Factory. The reception was wonderful - incredible location - delicious food - fantastic people to help you with all the planning from start to finish! If you need catering and/or a place to host an event you have come to the perfect place!

Our family of 18 has been using Cloud Nine to cater our annual Thanksgiving family weekend dinner for the last 3 years and the service, food, and delivery have all been excellent. They have always been flexible about making adjustments to their holiday menu to suit our individual tastes and we have come to look forward to some dishes that are becoming family favorites. Had them cater my wedding in 2013 at hardness memorial in Waterford ct, and the food was absolutely horrible I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The pork was dry as a bone and my mother in law saw them microwaving some of the food in the kitchen!! I wouldnt discredit anybody but these people deserve it, and harness is not a place to get married either, thats another story
