FAKE bagels! Real bagels are boiled first, than baked. These taste like italian bread. Each time I order a buttered bagel, the counter people ask if I want my bagel toasted.... if I did I would ask for a "toasted" bagel. Then they dont tell "warn" when the bagels are hot, and by time you get back to car you have a soggy bagel. Most bagel places ask first before buttering a hot bagel! Get professional, No napkins placed in bag, tip jar is annoying, and prices are higher than the other local places that have Real bagels. Only go here if in rush and in direction your heading. places I go, and they dont put napkin in bag.

Ive tried to give this place s fair shot time and time again. Long Island is the land of great bagels. Unfortunately, you will not find a great bagel here. The bagels are often hard and seem stale. They barely put any cream cheese on the bagels and their flavored cream cheeses keep me wondering why I pay extra for it when the flavor additions seem to be non-existent. This store is also more expensive than most bagel stores Ive visited. Its a shame this place is so blah because its a clean store and a convenient location. Go elsewhere for a bagel!

Food okay. Retarded service. Three morons farting around cleaning, going in out out of the back, and another writing on a chalkboard while four customers are standing around waiting to be helped. Uh, hello? Try dropping everything and serving the people who spend their money here. Find another balance shop.

Terribly run! Took advantage of a teen charged $6 for an OJ and ripped him off!! Not to mention the time it took for an omelet to be made. $13 total for an omelet in a Styrofoam plate and orange juice. Do NOT waste your money or time here. You can get more at Starbucks down the road.

Food is alright, the people are friendly, decent atmosphere however prices are higher considering the quality received the owner or manager is also a huge prick which of course makes going there not a first priority, a real prick. The girls are nice that help you.

Ive been here a few times since its been under new management, and it has been terrible every single time. The bagels are either stale, burnt, or both. Ive gotten burnt egg sandwiches from them as well. This place is in great need of new management.

Took 25 minutes to get sandwich, and it was wrong! Next time no OJ, still same price. Owner had nerve to say they give the juice to you, not charge you! Done with this place. Better bagels and definitely better customer service elsewhere.

Honestly. I only stop here because its on my way out to work and its right near my house. But the bagels have no flavor and the service in the morning is very slow. If you want better bagels go to Petes bagels in east port.

It was amazing because there was a very nice and energetic lady at the counter named Linda and she gave me a free birthday bagel and it was amazing and I got a wonderful made everything bagel toasted with butter

I waited about 30 mins for my order. I ordered a bagel and a bacon egg and cheese and it took that long. The service is terribly. We called to ask about the wait and they gave us a attitude.
