Im peruvian and heard about this restaurant...so today I went to try it. Chicha morada: was not sweet at all, and it tasted a bit too fermented. Cebiche de pescado: was not fully cooked (with lime), it is a dish which takes about 20 to 30 minutes to fully cook, and about 10 minutes after I ordered it I got it. It was not citric enough or salty enough. Ocopa arequipena: Half of the potatoes were cold and half of them were hot. The sauce was fine. For take out I got my favorite, Arroz chaufa de pollo: I was kind of weirded out that there were peas and carrots in this dish. NEVER have I seen this version. I took the word from the host and took it home thinking it will be fine. It is extemely salty. Lucuma ice cream: was very good. Id recommend you guys to go somewhere else for Peruvian food. Bridgeport has a few places and I am waiting for the renovation done for Machu Picchu in New Haven. I wont go to this place again.

This restaurant is slightly off of the beaten path, but its a delight to visit. Very quiet and unassuming. Maybe not that special "Date" place, but a foodies paradise. The Leche de Tigre is absolutely outstanding. If you like soup as much as I do, then the Parihuela is a must. And for main courses, the Tacu Tacu con Lomo, and the Arroz con Mariscos do not disappoint. Reasonable prices (the mains mentioned above are under $20) and very friendly, appropriately attentive service, made each of my visits a very enjoyable experience.

What a great find! You wouldnt know it from the storefront shop, but this is a new, clean and hospitable bistro. The cuisine is fantastic and the service is friendly. The appetizers are excellent (I recommend the Shrimp Ceviche...the best!). Nothing on the menu will disappoint...we went with friends and tried many dishes. All were delectable and beautifully presented. Prices are reasonable, too. Give Peruvian cuisine a try...we were pleasantly surprised.

We loved everything about Incas --- good selection of food for a smaller place and everything we had tasted extremely fresh and full of flavor! Restaurant is very cozy, dimly lit providing nice atmosphere and the staff and owner is very pleasant. Prices are very reasonable. Start with the mussels with lime, onion and tomato--- absolutely delicious. Adding this place to my frequents!

The food here is pretty good but the last time I went we waited about an hour and a half for our food which never came and were then told the appetizers would be out in fifteen minutes. We never even got plates, the cups were dirty and the sodas were warm. Overall they just had really bad service.

The food was excellent as usual. Service was mediocre. The atmosphere was pleasant. The uncorking fee was an INSULT and we will not return. They have no liquor license, so you bring your own. Sixteen dollars to just uncork two bottles of wine???? That is ridiculous.

Food is great no doubt about it. You dont wait to long for food. Never too busy. Staff could be more attentive and be a little bit more english speaking/professional. But tbe food always makes be go back. Prices are fair.

Everything was delish until I got my entree. Lobster tail and calimari way overcooked and sauce it was in was missing something... pricy too... :( loved the corn nuts n sauce that came out automatically!

We loved this restaurant, I strongly recommended. The food is healthy and prices are reasonable. Now that they have their liquor license I like it even more, We had try pisco sawer and it was very good.

Very slow service. No one knows what they are doing. We waited for about 25 mins for any type of service. No one seemed to care so we immediately walked out. Horrible experience!!
