We really enjoy this restaurant very much. Weve held small lunch parties (up to 20 people) here for friends and family. Artie, the chef and owner, was very accommodating as was the helpful staff. All the food here is wonderful. The Shrimp Pad Thai is the best Pad Thai I ever eaten (and Ive eaten at some of the supposedly better Thai places in the City). The Basil chicken has some nice kick to it and the Ginger Chicken is very yummy. For a real treat try the chicken Massaman Curry, it is fantastic - peanuts, potatoes, mild curry/cumin and other spices, onions, all in a coconut milk base. Delicious! When God wants good Thai food this is where God gets it! It is a small restaurant though so you may find a wait on weekend nights, but it is worth it. Oh, they do not sell alcohol, but you can certainly bring your own beer or wine. No corkage fee here! Yes, the service is sometimes a bit slow but it is nice to know that you wont be rushed out the door when youre still enjoying yourself.

I dont know what these other people are making up about "footstep noises" that belong to rodents. Ive been going to this restaurant for three years and have had delicious, clean thai food each time. The cooking area is visible from the seating area anyway if it concerns you. Also, if you look up the suffolk county health inspection database, they have had no violations. Now that that is out of the way, I recommend the Hai Nan noodles and the curry dishes (if you really want a kick). The thai spring rolls and calamari are excellent appetizers. For the price its a good amount of food. Two things to be aware of are the following: 1. Service can be sometimes slower than average (but thats ok if youre relaxed and willing to enjoy your meal every once in awhile) 2. They only accept cash, no credit cards. Enjoy!

We have been going for twenty years and love the place. Arties sister had been cooking for the last few years. I think shes even a better cook than him and he was the best. Appetizers are fantastic try the fried squid their larb gai and their dumplings (yum). We love this place. Bring your own drinks and enjoy yourself. You cant go wrong at this place.

Definitely recommend eating here. I dont know why someone would say there are rats here Ive been eating here for very long and its always really clean and theres great service.

This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants Ive ever eaten at. The daily specials provide an excellent break from the usual menu items, which are themselves very well prepared. The service is prompt, but the restaurant is unfortunately rather small, and is not open late.

Okay Thai place. The decor attempts to hide that the location was previously constructed to be something else, like a bar. My sisters appetizer was forgotten and while my mothers "coconut chicken soup" was out standing, everything else was just okay.

like it. Only had the ginger chicken which was fine. Not my favorie type of food. Was visiting a friend so we went there. Maybe I dont have a taste for this kind of food.

In my opinion, this place has excellent Thai food. Theyre willing to serve whole fish, head and all! The sauces are not overly sweet/ syrupy.
