Let me start off by staying that I working in hospitality and customer service has forever been a strong point of mine. Also let me state that when good service happens, I do go out of my way to compliment them to their manager. So needless to say the once in a blue moon that I do receive terrible customer service which leads me to have a bad experience I will mention it. So when I came in, same as the usual set up... very bubbly host which sat me at the tables around the bar. The waitress barely spoke on the other hand. The couple times she did it was with a very rude tone. She never came around to us (me and two of my girl friends) which lead us to have no napkins. Then, when it came time to pay we asked to spit the bill. I recieved my change and it was 17.98 for example so I asked the waitress if I could give her the 2 cents and the rest of the change if she could give me a dollar(funny because I was going to use it as a tip) she acted dumb then closed the drawer but since we all were paying cash she had to open it again so I asked again and she acted as if she didnt understand what I meant to I explained in detail and she simply declined. Also she didnt hand us out change she threw it on the counter which I found completely unacceptable. Mojority of the waitresses seem to be rude at this location, not in my top 5 places to go. Heck, not even in my top 20. Maybe not all BWW locations but definitely this one. Do not go to this one.

Came back here after a few previously disappointing visits, only because we had a gift card. Seriously...not sure what the draw is here. The wings were" just okay...could get better in my hometown. Main course was less than mediocre. Wraps were small and not really tasty at all, burgers were again...barely okay. I guess if you want to watch a game and high five your homophobic man buddies, it will do. Otherwise...Id rather eat at McDonalds. For what its worth, service was on point, but not good enough to offset the lackluster food. As much as it pains me (and my intestines) to say, Id opt for the Chilis on the other side of the parking lot. And that says a lot, because that Chilis absolutely sucks.

I am very disappointed because I had excellent service here, but I got salmonella poisoning from a grilled chicken salad and I am still recovering from it. My other friends that came had unpleasant stomach symptoms as well. I want to give this place a higher rating because of the excellent server we had (my group had somewhere to be and we had to eat quickly, so she put in all our orders as appetizers so we can get our food quickly, and she was very fast and efficient) but sadly I will not ever be returning to this location because of how sick the food made me. Hopefully they improve conditions in their kitchen.

great food, came here with a friends for a little date night. our waitress messed up our food, then continued to blame it on me. she then fixed it & as she was walking by, threw it on the table, didnt stop even when i thanked her. waited for forks, never showed up, had to ask another waitress. sat there yet again waiting for my water to be refilled, had to ask the manager to get me another one. do yourself a favor & dont go to the one in waterbury.

Today 07/09/16 Im revolted! since it opened the restaurantm customer, come with my family and friends every week end, we spend a lot of money today to my surprise came dinner and watch the fight of the UFC, theyre simply charging a fee of $ 5.00 per person to enter the restaurant have 3 children in total 25 dollares, thats absurd

Waitress forgot to give silverware. I ask for silverware and she rolls her eyes. She gives us silverware rolled in dirty napkins that have black/dirt on them along with a straw wrapper. What a dump and horrible service. First time and last.

run of the mill chain restaurant with good, but expensive, chicken wings.. it is extremely noisy inside. not really a place for small children as it is a sports themed, and other customers language can be loud and inappropriate for kids.

I did the online order and it shipped to new York time square .. They made us wait 45 min for the order to come out again...then they didnt give us our drinks and the food was cold and they gave us the wrong food...

OK food, OK service. You are definitely paying for all the sports packages. Desserts are not made there, and probably not even that hemisphere - they dont even give it a drizzle to make it look like they care.

Never order for pickup. They always mess something up and if you absolutely go, eat in and sit at the bar. They have a good happy hour. Beers are cheap and good drafts.

Good place to hang with friends fast service and nice workers. Wings are spicy be prepared to eat carrots and celery with ranch to cool you down.
