Their specialty coffees are delicious, but unfortunately, the four or five times I have ordered coffees there in the past two years, I have found the customer service is unprofessional. I tried again today thinking the service would be better. No, it was still unprofessional. Here is at least one tip for the staff at Something Simple to improve your customer service skills: when a customer is ready to order at the counter, say "hello", or "I will be right with you", instead of ignoring the customer while completing another task right in front of the customer.

Adorable atmosphere, cosy environment, friendly staff, and extremely convenient because they usually deliver your order to your table. Indoor and outdoor seating, though very limited parking and when lots of people are there its often hard to hear yourself speak inside the building. Disappointingly few vegetarians and consistently disappointing quality for the few vegetarian dishes they offer. Been there twice and havent been impressed with the quality or portion size of my or my friends food, though as previously mentioned, the atmosphere makes up for it.

Ah, cool almost cold this morning so I stopped in for a hot tea & oatmeal after my run on the rail trail. They suggested the pumpkin oatmeal which I got with craisins & walnuts. The tea was served in a large ceramic mug, with boiling water, the only way to make a good cup of tea & pumpkin oatmeal was hearty & delicious. Unlike one other reviewer, I was greeted with smiles & hellos from both the women working. It made for a wonderful morning!

I am not from this town but passing through I wanted something to eat. Its great place for a quick bite and tasty food. They have healthy options, but you are able to spoil yourself to some of their other treats. From good sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast coffee and amoothies they got it. You get a perfect serving over your food and always good to pay a little extra and support a local buisness. When I am in town I will deff come back!

Great little cafe! Been here a few times and each time the service is spectacular and the food gets better! If you like bagels, French Toast, soup, Paninis or a delicious beverage this sis the place to go. Not a lot of parking and you may have to wait, but the wait is definitely worth it. Support your local businesses and peruse the other offerings for sale here too!

The food here is great! Most of their food comes from Connecticut, from the chips to the sandwich, and its so good! Ive had multiple meals here, and they all were perfect. Nice place to eat if in Hebron Center or in the town in general.

Their scones are out of this world!!! Not to mention the vegetarian options, monthly specials and flavored coffee. They also showcase local artists, musicians included, and host small events. A must stop from anywhere!

The location was very cute and the food was good but nothing to write home about. If youre in the area, its a nice spot for a decent breakfast, but I wouldnt go out of my way for this destination.

Great coffee, friendly quick service, nice selection. Excellent food. Nice outside tables. Yummy. All HOMEMADE. We tried their delicious Waffle special, spinach breakfast wrap and hot oatmeal.
