From Maryland in town on business. Google found this location for me as I was tasting Chinese and very close to the Hilton and work. Found out they did Japanese as well when I sat down, bonus! Sushi was good, saki was strong. Went back before trip was over for the lunch buffet was also a pleasant experience. It is however a tad on the pricier side Chinese side, sushi is simply always pricy regardless of where you go (and if its not I wouldnt eat it personally - not trusting quality as it is raw fish after all).

Havent tried the dinner but for lunch it is a great deal. They have a little buffet set up. They stock the food often so its fresh, if somethings out its usually only 5-10 minutes. They have a great selection of foods and its very tasty. For the buffet and a soda its $11.15. The buffet comes with a choice of soup. They dont have white rice at the buffet as an FYI only fried rice. Ive never asked for a bowl of white rice but you may be able to. Great deal, good quality, sodas are gigantic, also very quick.

The Bamboo Garden has been one of my favorite places to dine and relax in over the past several years. I like many menu items, especially their house chicken. It can be made from mild to hot, and friends I have brought there love this item. The location is great, staff Is so nice, and the atmosphere is very relaxed, with quiet music. I am grateful that my friend Lorrie introduced me to this restaurant. It has never failed to please any of my guests that I brought there.

Needed a quick lunch so I hopped on my phone and found Bamboo Gardens. Had 4 good reviews so I decided to go. Checked their menu online for a wonton soup and eggroll, $4. Went to pick up food and it was $6.65. So I thought they better be really good for that price. The wonton was starchy and fell apart. All of them. The eggroll was dry, small and not all that great. Will not be going back.

The Peking Duck was dry & unseasoned (there was no salt or pepper on the duck). They served it with flour tortillas, not traditional pancakes. It is stated to be "outstanding" on their House Specialties menu. I hate to try anything else for fear it will be worse then what they consider outstanding. The hot & sour soup was excellent. Their delivery was on time.

Great Sushi, have been coming here for years. When I came back from living in Japan I tried sushi places all over the area looking for a fix. This is the closest I could find without dropping big money in Hartford. They do a TON of volume mid week, and because of that have multiple sushi fish deliveries per week. The fish is very fresh

Ive order from here several times and I love their food. Normally from other places, you get ragoons and they are dripping in grease, but not from here. Each time i have order them they are filled with the creame stuff instead of grease.
