Primera y ultima vez que vicito este lugar. un lugar asquerozo. tanto que escuche de que eran buenos y cuando llego lo primero que veo entre las mesas. no lopuedo creer. el sitio apesta a humedad y lleno de mimes. no se como se llenan la boca de que es bueno. omg! por poco infarto. tanto guille que se echa la due~a e n la paguina del local y mira lo puerca que son. le deben llamar el City para que cierren este lugar. le digo a mi amiga y ella me dicen que no es la primera vez que ven ratones en este sitio a ella se lo habian dico ya que habiasn ratones paseandose por el salon.verguanza ajena tengo. no pude ni terminar de comer lo que pedi del asco que me dio. ofresen variedad y no tenian muchas cosas de lo que pedi. perdi mi tiempo y dinero de tan lejos que fui a visitarlos.

Para comenzar cuando llegamos al establecimiento la dueña tenía una cara como si hubiese tenido una mala noche. Atendió a una pareja q estaba primero q yo con mala actitud, el le pidió q prendiera la tv y ella le contesto q ella no sabía bregar con eso :/ Me atiende a mi con la misma mala actitud, le pedí sándwich de mortadella y me da sándwich de jamón y le puso pimienta (no se xq) pero siempre se refirió a lo sandwich como de mortadella. El café estaba bien jincho!! Overall no lo recomido para nada

Muy deliciosos los frapes hay que esperar pero vale la pena la espera no hemos tenido la oportunidad de comer los sandwiches pero para la proxima por que vimos cuando preparon para varias personas y se ven deliciosos,,, la atencion las dos veces que e ido a sido buena,, lo recomiendo.

It takes more than one person to make one sandwich. Instead of you asking what toppings you want on your sandwich you have to tell them what you dont want on it. They have a weird costumer service . The sandwich bread they toast it so much it becomes like a cracker that cuts the roof of your mouth. Not a good feeling. Super slow service. If you want a good sandwich go to Boricuas Market on Lawrence street if you want a good sandwich. The best in Hartford so far HANDS DOWN. The owners from el poeta eat sandwiches there.

I drove from Indian Orchard the Frappe was good, I ordered a pastrami sandwich and they overcooked it so it was dry and hard to bite. I had to break it apart with my fingers & the bread was so toasted it cut the inside of my mouth. They need to work on doing sandwiches and then they will be excellent. I heard about the owner not having good customer service but she was nice to me.
