Yes as you can see based off my surveys in general I get the same order every time and this time was different. The service was awful and unfortunately my order was wrong. I called and spoke with the manager and he was arguing with me over the phone. "Luis" was the name. Also everytime I come to this taco bell the receipt always says "George P" when I asked for the name of the cashier the "manger" said it was a new guy. I know some places also charge for cup of water. I get it. Places need to make money however this particular place NEVER gave me a hard time about getting a large cup of water with my order.. I got a small cup and was told by the manager that they are starting to charge for water. (effective 7/2/17 in the morning as soon as he got in...) WHAT. My food was wrong. I ordered a "beefy nacho griller sub beef for beans" and they didnt give me the sub. Usually on the screen there a button for the order taker to press that shows up that the customer wanted the beef subbed. Well that didnt happen.

The man at the window was very nice to me. I have been having trouble with my debit card, so I was waiting for my receipt and it turns out my card was declined. I apologized to him and said to take all of that off and he looked at me and told me not to leave. He came back and said he talked with his manager and handed me the food. That was such a nice thing for someone who doesnt even know me to do. Im so grateful for his kindness and the food tasted amazing.

Clean and well staffed Taco Bell. Its fine for what it is, but comparatively expensive to the other nearby East Hartford Taco Bell on Silver Ln. The combo I bought last week on Silver Ln is over 30% more here. Still cheap but evidently being just feet from the Glastonbury town line justifies significantly higher prices.

Nice,clean fast service no good looking women never ! I think taco bell has a policy not to hire any good looking women. Cause I dont care what taco bell you go to I have never seen one good looking girl allways some butch beast lezbian that hates men. Anyway food is good.

Nice drive-thru experience. All told, three people stepped in to help me. Friendly and funny. Could be slightly more professional... But, all in all, good flavors - good speed of service - I will return to this location.

Whoever was running the register at 11:30am on 1/26 deserves a raise. Probably the most charming and friendly person Ive met at any Taco Bell store, ever. Food was great, nice and clean store, and the best staff.
