Good balance of wait time, price, and quality. Granted my meals there are pretty simple Ive never had a wait time of longer than 5 minutes to get it. Cost is a tad higher, but nothing horrible, and the quality of their food is always great.

Horrible customer service. They had me going back and for waiting for a pastry. Never coming here again. All these kids do is talk and behind the counter. No acknowledge of customers waiting on the other side. No sense of urgency.

Good place to unwind and read a book. Coffee choices are great, but not better than Au Bon Pain. However, the soups and salads are great. Discounts from Card is subpar. Customer service friendly.
