Dont use the drive thru!! Our soups were 2/3 filled. One was almost all broth and watered down. It was gross looking! I had this black bean soup many times (not this location) and never did it look or taste like this. The "chicken" flatbread had hardly any chicken on it. The cinnamon bun was dry. It was over all a really bad experience. We have been to many Paneras and never had these issues. We did eat inside here once before and it was OK, a few issues but we gave them another try since they were new. I think well stick with other locations we can trust.

I ordered a turkey and bacon. This usually means the bacon is at least warm. Well this was awful, ice cold yucky bacon. Didnt even toast the bread, mayonnaise on only one side. Turkey mediocre and obviously from some supermarket deli and not baked there. Tomato mushy and old. The sandwich looked like it was thrown together by a five year old. Sadly over rated chain.

Not worth it!. The dining area is beautiful. However we got the chipotle chicken sandwiches and they were almost without any chicken. Just bread and a few minuscle pieces of tomato. You pay 8+ dls for a sandwich that does even has 1/2 oz of chicken. Rip off! I will never go there again.

Had lunch with colleague at this Panera. Totally surprised by manager on the floor cleaning tables, talking to customers, offering drink refills. Simple little things that make a visit incredibly memorable. Did not catch his name. "Raving Fan Experience accomplished" !

Brand new, ample seating, extremely friendly staff. I have to give a special mention to Jacqueline who works in the morning on weekends - she greets every patron with a warm "Welcome To Panera!" and goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service!
