While the food is terrific, I found it very annoying that while on my lunch 1/2 hour I had to wait 15 min for a sandwich to be made. I waited for 10 mins. and saw 4 employees doing nothing, well one was on a computer and was dressed as a chef, one was standing with her arms folded, and 2 were talking to each other, then an older woman chef walked in and started my sandwich. It was 1215. I have a limited amount of time for lunch and like their food but there was noone else in there! 2 men were already eating at a table as well as another single. Noone in line. Why did it take 10 minutes for the Chef to start making my sandwich? Really?! Did she not know an order was placed? Did she care? Why couldnt the girl who took my order or the other"chef" who collected my money start it? Look Ive worked in the food industry before and know you dont make people wait especially when they are on their lunch 1/2 hr!!! Thank God the food is good or I may never go back. I will give them another chance but if I have to keep waiting, Ill go elsewhere. Its not the first time Ive had to wait there. Please, for all that is sacred, I want you to succeed!! Please get better with your service, because your food is good !!

This place could be a 5 star place as far as delis go, but inconsistent service and exhaustion of menu items and ancillaries are extremely frustrating. I mean seriously how do you run out of splenda? Soup? Bread? Otherwise i like this place. Its unique, a combo bakery and deli with homemade desserts like a bakery. And the food us GOOD with a capital G....when its available of course. They only have one vegan option but a few veggie items are available if you want cheat slightly. They cant seem to keep waitstaff around, but the companies in the area order all the time so thats a boon for business. I really wish this place was more organized, as i have been here several times and left culinarily satisfied but service lacking. The Ciao Bella and Turkey burger are outstanding and you cant go wrong with just about any meat sandwich here. I hope this place succeeds; this is needed for its uniqueness.

Horrible service. We went here a few weeks ago and were told that there was no table service outside and that we would have to order our food to go and take it outside, which was fine, but two minutes after we sat down they began serving a table that sat down next to us outside! I was charged for a glass of tap water that I never received, the iced coffee was stale, and my friend was charged extra for fresh mozz on her sandwich and they didnt even put it on! This place used to be great and now they just dont seem to care anymore.

I love this place! Its homemade muffins, including anything with ricotta in its name, are delicate and wonderful. And the wait staff is the perfect mix of friendliness and attentiveness without hovering. But why is it closed on Sundays sometimes? :(

Ugh... dont go here. Wait staff was kind, but food took more than an hour for simple meals. Orders were also messed up, so we ate things we didnt order and didnt send it back because after an hour of waiting we were starving.

I love this place for lunch. The Apache and the Blackhawk are my favorites. Anytime one of the guys is in this area, it is mandatory they pickup lunch here.
