Im so disappointed with the service at this location. Im a resident of Brookfield and now I will have to travel a longer distance to a different Panera location due to poor service. I went in during a slow time between the breakfast and the lunch rushes - only one person ahead of me. There was one clerk helping her so I decided to wait my turn. A second clerk -male- came at the counter and began having a personal conversation with the female clerk that was helping the customer. The male (name tag Buddy) maintained his back at the customers, did not even acknowledge us with the usual hello, continued his personal conversation about money or whatever with the female clerk (interrupting her work). When he finally turned around and asked me the usual "can I help you" I placed my order which of course he got it wrong by overcharging me for items. I asked to talk to a manager and she, without an apology for the behavior of her bad employee, refunded the incorrect charges and stated that Buddy is one her best employees. If thats the case, I will not go back to this Panera if the employees are allowed to perform badly - disrespecting and talking back to customers, overcharging for items, having personal conversations in front of customers, and failing to provide proper service - basically, doing their job.

I will never go back here. I have severe food allergies and despite my insistence that the kitchen needed to check the ingredients, I still had an extremely bad allergic reaction after getting one of the soups. I refuse to try this place again only because of the thoughtlessness of the staff even though they assured me they would check. They clearly didnt even bother.

My favorite fast food location. I travel a lot for work and I must say panera never lets me down. Food is always fresh and made quickly. Free wifi is nice and the coffee is good. Personal fave- Blueberry bagels are to die for!

There is plenty of seating and free WiFi. At 7 p.m. I thought the muffin and the cinnamon roll could have been much fresher. Not terrible, not great. It is okay.

Its a nice place. Good environment. I like the bread bowl with the soup in it its awesome. This is a great place to get a fast meal at a reasonable price.

Worst Panera I have been to. Service was lousy. They made my sandwich wrong and it took 5 minutes to just switch the bread!! And the manager was snippy.
