We sat down & was graciously greeted by our server jean who was the most knowledgeable, friendly, who has gone above & beyond and is a top well trained employee. She was excellent from the get go. This has been THE most pleasurable experience here at this location. We would ask for her any time we come. She is phenomenal. I hope that 99 in Bristol acknowledges her excellence as a front employee that represents 99 100%. Well done jean!!!!

If you want some corn on the cob and ginger seems adventurous you might be excited by the 99. But seriously, there are some good things about the 99. Its reasonably priced, closer to the $10 than $15 entree (8/2017). Kids eat free the day after the Red Sox win (one per adult entree). They give you free popcorn to start. The place is clean. The food is predictable. Its exactly the peace of mind some people are looking for.

Ruth the bartender might has the worst customer service skills.. Ive ever seen... She gave me a with residue on it.. When brought to her attention she replied with thats no problem.. As she rolled her eyes.. And picked it off glass.. Disgusting behavior.. Took forever to get anything even tho I was only 1 of 4 @ the bar.. Left wondering why and how she is even employeed in this industry

First time visit, server was Lorraine- amazing server, very knowledgeable on the menu , and made some recommendations with made my experience even better, tried the Lobster Roll Buttered, awesome!!! The clam chowder was good, the key lime pie was good as well, overall enjoyed my visit- price was reasonable!

Our server today for lunch was Nicole, very pleasent and helpful. Meal: Stuffed Mushrooms were very good. Soup: French Onion was good but could have been hotter, Seafood Chowder was mostly potato..., Filet Mignon 1 was great, 1 was over cooked. Vegtables were great. Overall: we both rate today a 4.

The food & service was very good, but the prime rib sandwich was too well done for my liking. However my friends & I have been there before and everything was very good. Ive also done take out, and that was excellent.Loved the fact they brought it to my car.

Two great things about this place is the bar area where you can be served full menu and the parking pickup service. The food is usually tasty but thats most likely due to the VERY high sodium content.
