The drivethru is always fast and efficient. Never had an order wrong. However when you order inside not the same story. I have gone at different times: weekdays, weekends, busy and totally dead, and almost every time my drink was never made, forgotten I suppose. The staff are hustling to get the drivethru orders and the 1 or 2 people not handling that are standing around talking or arguing amongst each other. I would stand and just stare hoping Id catch the eye of someone to see if they forgot about me. Only until I had spoken up asking where my drink was then they would acknowledge me. I only use the drivethru from now on. Clearly that is their priority.

I live down the street from this Starbucks which is why Im writing this review. Any negative review clearly caught them on a day with new trainees because every time I come whether it be drive thru or walking in I get what I order quickly. The drive thru is only as slow if the people take a long time to order which some people cant comprehend. Everyone always returns a warm smile when I tell them have a nice and some of them recognize my face when I visit more frequently, this place is very friendly. Free wifi, Chipotle next door, I cant complain.

As always, it kind of depends on who is serving you at the time, but I love the general feel of this location. Sometimes theres a vibe you get that they really dont care about you in the slightest (every NYC location at night) but I dont get that here. They care about how youre doing, they have fun, and they seem to want you to be a part of it. Im incredibly indecisive and theyre very patient with me. Ive tried a couple different suggestions and Im almost always satisfied with what I get.

This place is horrible. First time here my drink was made wrong. After I went inside and politely asked if I could get a new one the person behind the counter was immediately argumentative and told me it was my fault... Today is my second time here... Ive been sitting in the drive through line for 25 minutes and have yet to place my order. The only reason Im still here is because my kids are napping. Calling customer service and this is the last time I come here

Long wait all the time even with full staff. They are not very customer friendly, I have been a dedicated starbucks customer for years and this location is the worst. God forbid you ask to have your coffee fixed they will give you a dirty look. Starbucks employees are usually extremely nice and friendly, I think this location needs to retrain their employees. But having a drive threw starbucks at this location was genius!

Absoutely terrible. They need better management. They have NO CLUE what they are doing. Super negative. One girl was complaining "ugh I have to leave I dont get why Im still here" honestly that is completely unprofessional and gives Starbucks a terrible name. Twice I have been here and twice I have had a terrible experience. Will never step foot again at this location. I will be calling corporate.

Every experience at the Starbucks has been terrible. Ive tried to drive through several times and its always incredibly slow. I thought I would give mobile ordering a try (to avoid long wait times), order was not ready when it was supposed to be, no apologies. When I was in the store there were several other frustrated consumers. Would not recommend visiting this location

Ordered at the drive thru. Had to repeat the order twice, no big deal. We get to the window the female made one of the orders wrong. Then tells us " next time tell me at the intercom" umm ok. We just wanted two shots of expresso. She hands up back a drink with everything spilled on the sides. And it wasnt edible. Never again. Rude and gross

This could be the worst starbucks Ive ever visited. Drive thru takes forever and gets orders wrong. Went inside this morning thinking it would be quicker but even though the inside was empty, it still took almost 10 minutes for one beverage. Staff was too busy bickering with each other to wait on customers

Nice Place-good crew behind the counter but just too darn loud. Considering most of the customers are from Housatonic Community college (both faculty and students) would make sense to lower the volume so people can do some work and hear a conversation.

Just off 95 convenient on and off. Nice small store with attentive service an outdoor patio and drive thru. Special note. The parking lot has 4 electric car charging stations and a Chipotle and TMobile store.

Drive through is supposed to be quick correct they take over 7 minutes per car and are quick to take your order but mad long on waiting and always arguring staff members and not taking customers quicker

Outside seating near the water for the warmer months. Inside seating is spacious with a bar section as well. Drive through available which is a huge plus. Easy on off highway
