No need to rate the coffee or staff - 5 star. And the music, ambiance, artwork, culture, mission - all 5-star. Lets talk "seating". The place is 75 x 30, and has exactly 4, 4-person tables, 8-10 chairs fronting window sills that are 6: higher than the chair seat, 2 easy chairs that are practically on top of one another, and a pour-over bar with another 3 chairs, and a low storage table you could sit on, centered in front of art work that bisects the room. Cool? Not really. If you come in as a single, you probably dont want to hog a table-for-4, of which there are only 4 in the place. You may not want to sit at the window sill with a laptop for too long unless you are wearing a back brace, and sinking into one of the two easy chairs may not be your thing. So whats a guy who wants to chill (and buy something every 30 min) to do?? You guessed it, most singles take a table for 4, put in the headphones and fire up the ipad - and foreclose on any sizeable group coming in. The result - awkward, business minimizing, and kind of bizarre setup that has the majority of the already sparse seating....empty.

As a Portland, Oregon, resident who has recently relocated to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, I have been to my fair share of coffee shops. I am visiting Burlington for a few days and needed a place to camp out and work. Heard about Maglianero and decided to give it a whirl. It is my personal favorite coffee shop of all time. Pros: -Great coffee -Baristas who know their trade and are glad to teach people about it -Super nice people -My pooch got to join me and snooze on her bed all day -Bike culture is promoted heavily through the installation of indoor bike racks, bike showers, a bike building company in a subspace, and so on. -Beautiful people. -Good decor -Reasonably comfortable chairs/tables -Culture in a town that sometimes feels a little too quaint and square Cons: -My biscuit and cookie were only okay -Line could be managed a little better Loved it. Will be back tomorrow.

Open Monday - Friday 7-7 and Saturday and Sunday 8-7! Awesome hand-crafted coffee and gorgeous design conscience interior. You can bring your bike inside and leave it on an indoor rack, take a shower if you are commuting, wash your dirty bike at the bike wash outside, and enjoy some tasty drinks! Friendly barista staff that are knowledgeable and always willing to converse about coffee and life!

Really good coffee. They make a coffee with cayenne pepper (I think its called "the pedestrian" but Im not sure) that is amazing. The baked goods are pricey but also consistently above average. This is my first choice for coffee in Burlington. Parking is difficult, but they do have bike parking in the back room--so ride down if possible

Such a pleasant place just up from Perkins Pier. The best coffee in town, too. Some creative options. The people who work there really know their stuff and take pride in creating a great cup for you. If youre on a bike, you can bring it into the back bike room. Always good artwork to look at. Check it out!

Great coffee shop! Maple latte is delicious, but pretty sweet - plain latte is wonderful if you dont like sugar. Baked goods are pretty good, but the espresso is where its at! Hailing from the PNW and being a current NYC resident, Im pretty picky about drinks.

Fantastic cafe. Focuses on bikers (just off the bike path) with lots of cool amenities. Im not a biker, but I love what theyve done over there. Its dog friendly and has fantastic coffee. And free wifi. No college kids (yet..). Winner.

Lovely cafe not far from Lac Champlain waterfront. Hipster ambiance with artwork by local artists. Plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy high end coffee - the kind they make little designs in the milk/crema.

Not a fan of the minimalist (opposite of cozy) environment or the modern art (sometimes better than others) on the one end of the café, but out back its all about bikes and cozier, good coffee all around.

Great espresso just a few steps from the bike path! Admittadly Ive only driven there, but the amenities they have for cyclists are amazing: a pot to work on your bike, water filling, and a shower!

The seating is awkward. Lots of space they could have table but, mostly it is chairs by window ledges. The espresso machine was not working that day so unable to get any coffee with espresso.

Friendly baristas, tasty coffee. The cold brew is a little pricy for how much ice is in there. Bagels are tasty as well! Nice spot to hang out and work for a few hours. Love the bike parking.

Great place to start your day whether on your motorcycle going out on a ride or just starting your day. A hot cup coffee from Maglianeros Cafe` and a blueberry scone and you are good to go!

A great espresso in a dog friendly establishment. There are showers if needed for those riding bikes and bike storage as well. The wi-fi is a bit spotty but the coffee makes up for that.

Great coffee. Try their "Pedestrian". A latte with maple, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Nice flavor and a little kick. Great ambience and nice staff.

A lot of care goes into the coffee these people serve. The space is filled with art and an open space. A great place to chill for a few hours.

Easily the best atmosphere of any cafe Ive ever been to! Was not impressed with their cold brew, but everything else made up for it.

Great and friendly employees, good drinks and yummy snacks. But they do need more seating and better wifi (it drops a lot).

Unequivocally the best cafe in Burlington, probably in Vermont, possibly in the northeast.
