I went into this starbucks after leaving black rock turnpike sbux to switch out my nasty coffee. The girl (which I shouldve gotten her name) was awesome and switched my drink without a word of refusal. Also I broke down briefly what happened up the road and she didnt even bad mouth them she just replied maybe they were having a bad day..and I agreed maybe so. But this will be my store of choice from here on out. (Also left review for the other establishment)
