For a week straight , I witness the most inefficient arrogant staff. The drive thru was designed to be a quick way of life not at this Starbucks , i was greeted with a somewhat of a greeting, i placed my order which i said twice and it was reiterated 2 back to me ( irritating ) . the staff memeber wasnt properly trained didnt know if you have decaffeinated tea ? Drove up and the same staff members were too busy talking ( mind you it was the same situation everyday for a week at 630 am with no one if front of me )waited 5 mins for my order which ( at the window) for 2 items a cup of regular coffee and a tea. really !! i feel it wasnt a hard order but come on people !!! Mind you i used to work in a coffee bar myself so the importance of effective and efficient staff and flow is so important . i think the general manager or district manger should pay a visit ...

Super SLOW. SLOW SLOW.. This is the slowest location I have ever been to --and I travel the tri state weekly and visit many other Starbucks locations. Forget about the drive through in the morning from 6:30-9:30 am; you will be made late for work unless u leave 20 extra minutes early to wait in line here. They have a lot of staff working so I dont know what gives. The staff are friendly and generally apologetic about the wait (every time).

The coffee and drinks are what you would expect from Starbucks but the location of the store is awful. The drive thru always wraps around to where the regular parking is, causing havoc. Do yourself a favor, go to the counter. It is much quicker and less aggravating.

I always have an issue here. Besides the fact that something always happens with my coffee, there is always an issue with food. For instance last time i got an egg sandwich it was still frozen. And today my banana nut bread was stale and cold.

Its Starbucks so you know what youre getting. But slower service it seems then other Starbucks I go to. Might be a little busier here though as well. Overall is Starbucks. You been to one you been to them all imo!

Closed at 9am, 2nd time they randomly decide to not open their store this month...spend an average of 15 mins online...everytime. staff is nice but they need serious backup and/or speed training

Friendly staff. This is a busy place sometimes so you might have to wait especially during the school year in the morning. Everyone is very nice. Good place to hangout in the evening.

Staff can be stingy. Every other place gives me a little extra soy milk for free, this one charges an extra 60¢. Theyre only supposed to charge if its 4oz or more.
