This place is disgusting and they do not even care if you complain! They always mess up the simplest of orders and then get mad at you when you ask for the correct order. The last time we went, it was dirty the tray they gave us was sticky and our order was all wrong. When I asked them to fix it, I noticed the cook whispering to the other staff and looking back at us. I did not dare have him fix the order at that point- I just asked for a refund which really angered the manager. The manager slammed the money in my hand and muttered something under her breath as I was leaving. I emailed customer service but never did receive a response. Its pretty sad that they just dont care. That shows me that they condone this behavior so why would I want to go back there and eat?

Like everyone else on the planet, I have eaten at fast food restaurants in the past, but this Taco Bell location is by far the best I have been in. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was prepared fresh. One of the first things I noticed was how much cleaner this place was than its competitors. Management obviously takes pride in first impressions. Even though fast food is not on my daily menu, whenever I am in Branford and have the craving, I will visit this restaurant again. Maybe next time for breakfast which they now serve!

I go here fairly regularly, and Ive never had any problems. The only complaint I have is that sometimes they have the music blasting in there, but everything else is top-notch for a fast food place.

This is the worst Taco Bell. They are perpetually understaffed and the food takes forever. I go for fast food because I dont want to wait, if Im going to wait, I might as well get real food.

Its Taco Bell. As Taco Bells go, its a pretty good one. People who work there are pretty nice. Food is Taco Bell food. Its a Taco Bell.
