Was very excited for a burger joint in Granby; however my experience was less than mediocre. The staff: too young and inexperienced in the workforce. The girl at the register interrupted my order mid-sentence to ask if I wanted my burger with the standard set of jakes toppings as if I was wasting her time by listing my toppings. I then had to repeat my toppings because those were not the set of toppings I wanted. Then, while they were making my order, one employee was standing off to the side looking at his phone and invited all the other staff to look at his phone. I kid you not that all eight staff left the registers, grill, etc to crowd over this boys phone. Talk about unprofessional! In terms of the food itself: the milkshakes are amazing, burgers are decent, and the fries are not served hot. The items are overpriced and much tastier fries and more satisfying burgers can be found for about the same value at Five Guys or Mooyah.

I usually give every new restaurant two tries before passing judgment but not in this case. Three single patty burgers and one double, four drinks and one large fry - $32. That would be okay if the food was good. The patty was tasteless and drowned in bbq sauce making a sloppy mess. I like hand-cut fries but these were nothing special. Taste was bland and the centers were mushy. Struck me as frozen. And my personal preference is Coke products, not Pepsi. My two kids who get burgers almost every time we eat out were also not impressed. This place struck me as trying to copy Johnny Rockets without putting in any real effort to do so. If you like griddle cooked burgers stick with Five Guys or Burger-Fi.

The staff at this location were absolutely amazing; they were friendly, engaging, professional, and had the meal ready faster than I anticipated. The restaurant was also incredibly clean and inviting. While the portions were large and the texture of both burgers and fries was great, they were both wanting in flavor. For the price of the meal, I was expecting a less forgettable experience. There are a handful of simple spices (garlic, salt, pepper, etc...) that could change these burgers from forgettable to extraordinary. This was my second experience at this location, and it mirrored my first. Will I go back? Sure, I will give them one more try. Will I recommend them to a friend? Probably not.

OMG! The burgers we got were full of gristle and grease, tasted like a McCheeseburger would have been upscale in comparison, and werent special in any good way. The fries were lukewarm mixed with a few fresh fries to make them seem freshly cooked. If it werent for the coupons we used, meaning we only paid $23 for 4 family members to feel literally sick to our stomachs, I would have nothing good to say. The best review I can give you people is that your food made me nauseas.

Very good food, especially with kids - and they have more than just burgers which is good for kids who dont like hamburgers. Had to take 1 star off because we couldnt eat there since they only have 2 high chairs which were both being used. They need more high chairs!!

They arent the best burgers Ive ever had, but they are very good and a good price. The milkshakes are very good and the staff and atmosphere are always friendly. My daughter loves the chicken tenders and fries. There are a few chicken burgers that are also very good.

The restaurant was clean, the burger selection is good the milkshake was OK not a very good coffee flavor. The fries and onion rings are just OK, normal fried food you can get anywhere.

Daniel made a great milkshake for me and the service was very good! They brought my food over to the table for me and even accomadated my allergies by putting on new gloves very often.
