I placed a take-out order online today. It was indicated the order would be ready at 12:55pm. I arrived at 1pm and was told by the cashier that my order “is making we are like busy.” And then she just walked away. I noticed two to go containers sitting on the middle counter, not under a head lamp at this time. I sat down to wait and two other customers told me they each had been waiting over 25 minutes for their orders. At about 1:20 pm the cashier asked me for my name, I told her “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you, what did you ask?” Her response was extremely rude in tone “name.” Then she told me she was just waiting on my lettuce wraps even though no other food had been placed with the containers on the middle counter which I later learned was my order. 15 minutes later I received my good. 35 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I didn’t not receive an apology or any acknowledgement of this. I asked the cashier if everything was in the bag and she responded, again very rudely “yes go ahead and check I if you don’t believe me.” Then walked off to another customer. I wanted to ask her if she know the two entrees with my order had been sitting out for at least 35 minutes, not under heat but I was unable to get her attention. I tried to get her name but she was not wearing a name tag. She is a Hispanic looking younger girl with think drawn on eyebrows. My biggest concern is that my two entrees both containing chicken sat out at room temperature for at least 35 mins and that you staff did not seem to have an issue with this and acted as though this is how they always serve your food. This does not seem safe by any means. My second concern is how on earth did a chicken appetizer take at least 35 minutes longer to make than two chicken entrees? And why was my order not prepared at the same time or at least close in time? My final issue is how blatantly rude your staff member was to me. I understand businesses get busy and restaurants especially do during meal times but your staff member took out her frustration from being busy on me. I don’t see why this is acceptable when the point of her being there is to work. I work very close to your restaurant my staff often eats there. After this experience I don’t know if that will continue to be the case.

Havent been there for the last couple years, but i used to go pretty regularly. You pick your ingredients and they cook it right there so its always fresh. Some of the cooks were way better than the others, but everything was always pretty good, if not fantastic. Its actually my fav asian main dish place in the city. If I want Wonton soup I go to Sidewok, if I want Pad Sew Lew I gotta place for that, but if i wanna make sure Ive got an awesome main dish, Pei Wei is it! Driving all that way tho... TG I moved close! The only issues Ive had were with employee attitudes and some iffy cleaning situations in the dining room.

The idiot behind the counter gave away my take out order to the wrong person, didnt immediately put the order back in to replace it, and seemed suprised that I wanted the order that Id already paid for. The cashiers then proceeded to make excusses as to why their mistake was not their fault. They are the ones giving out the orders and responsible for the orders getting to the correct costumers. The general manager should really look at the quality of the employees before he or she puts them in a customer facing position. At least the cooks are decent at what they do.

Awful. The food is fine but I work nearby and sometimes go for lunch. On two separate occasions I have waited over half an hour for food that was never prepared. They serve without rhyme or reason, not based on who comes in first or anything like that. They are con artists who take your money, never prepare your food, and wait for your lunch break from work to time out so you just have to leave. I am absolutely livid at this establishment and those who work there. Please do not give these criminals your business.

I cant understand why this place is so busy. Ive been there twice now and that was two times too many. Is the bar for Asian food in Golden so low that mushy noodles with sugary sauce is acceptable? Nice decor for a fast food place (that isnt so fast). The Dan Dan noodles werent worth the 15 minute wait let alone the 8 bucks I paid for them. I should have went to Golden Pho, it would have taken a few minutes longer but they provide authentic Asian food.

Visited sweet greens for the first time. When looking at the menu in line, the lady in front of me said, "dont worry, its all really good." She hit the nail on the head. Although its pricier than elsewhere, the quality and quantity justified the cost. I had the rad Thai, which had a nice spice and my gf had the squirrel dinner bowl which was also great. I cant wait to go back.

Pretty mediocre experience. My small Mongolian plate was ~$8.00 and the portion sizing was acceptable. Definitely was more filling than the picture would indicate. However, the food was a far too salty and not very tasty. The wait for the food was fairly long and they definitely were short staffed with quite a line but only one cashier.

Pei Wei? More like P-U! The sweet and sour chicken was soaked with sauce instead of on the side and it was left so long that the chicken was completely soggy. The steak and broccoli was completely disgusting. The only thing that could be passed off as actual food was the fried rice, which was subpar at best. Pei Wei? No way..

This place has good food, but be warned, take out orders are a priority over in person orders. Tonight we were wanting to eat dinner there and they told us there was a 25 minute wait to get your food due to the takeout orders. Never heard of a restaurant doing that. I wont be back..bad customer service.

Its my go-to for chain Asian food in Lakewood. Food and service are both good. Better prices and better tasting than PF Changs. The really bad reviews must have been with a different staff because everyone Ive dealt with there has been super friendly and kind, and theyve never screwed up my order.

This place used to be great, but get with the times! Pick up your phone! Make online ordering easier! I waited ten minutes for a password reset (I cant re register) and then I called to just order the old fashioned way and I was on hold for ten minutes! Thats crazy. Food is alright.

Fantastic alternative to PF Changs! This place is one of our favorites. The only negative thing I have to say about Pei Wei is that there are none located near our house - we are only able to go when we travel to the DC or Phillie area on the east coast!
