Worst experience ever! These people dont even deserve the one star google makes you select. First of all, the manager nicole is never there and everytime i try and make a complaint, her minions have an excuse for why i cannot speak to her and offer crazy bread, as if thats going to fix the fact that i have to wait every time i go in, regardless of the time of day and deal with her slow employees who always have vulgar music playing and are either on the side of the building smoking weed or on the phone. Secondly, there doesnt seem to be any real hustle here. I mean entirely false advertisement, hot and ready. There has not been one instance in the last very several months that ive been able to order a peperoni and a cheese without having to wait for one or the other. To make matters worse, the night crew has to be the most irresponsible people i have ever seen. Every time i go in there after 8, they are all drunk and acting like its a party house in there. This place just has to be under its own set of rules because this time last year, it was nothing like this. I will never give these people my company again, if you are in the mood for pizza, anywhere else is worth the extra few dollars than this place, stay away!

Wanted to try the new cheesy bacon bites advertised on TV last night because well... they looked delicious! And I know little Cesars has the best cheesy garlic bread, and crazy bread! I mean we go there just for garlic bread sometimes! So last night when I asked to see them, the girl at Little Cesars pulls out a box and they looked old and burnt. I asked if they were old and if there were fresh ones. She switches it out with another box and they look equally as "tired". She then grabs this squeeze bottle filled with some oily butter substance and dumps it all over the my cheesey bready bite things , and says, "There! Theyll be better now." (Umm... Okay?) So I pay for my stuff and and as Im walking out unbeknownst to me the oily butter nastiess has leaked from the box down my pants and on to my boots. And anyone whose had an oil stain knows it doesnt come out. Completely ruined my brand new clothes! Uggggh!!!!!

This is probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a Little Ceasars EVER. I arrive and give my order at 6:17. It was a simple order, one cheese stuffed deep dish and two crazy breads w/marinara. How long do you think my wait was? 5 minutes? 15? I was there for FIFTY minutes after they either dropped my pizza or gave it to someone else, I dont know. There were only three people working and they were all as dumb as a bag of hammers. And after they FINALLY giving me some food, they mess it up! Only one bag of crazy bread and no marinara. When I ask them to fix it, they gave me a bag for free. And NOW two of the bags dont even have parmesan cheese on them. This is absolutely unacceptable!! Im livid and there wasnt a manager in sight. Im NEVER GOING here again.

There is a Little Ceasers closer to my house but I like this one so much Im willing to travel. Every time I go I get great quality and never have to wait. The general manager is always there and he is pleasant and prepared. I wish other managers were as concerned with the product they put out. I will continue to travel to this particular establishment as long as management stays the same.

This location is very slow. Its like theyre never expecting customers. They NEVER have anything that is ready to go. Count on waiting, even for a cheese. Parking has always been a challenge. But there is a construction project next door, so its almost become a lesson in patience. Black Jack pizza is a few blocks to the north.

Stopped in last night and was told Pizza was only made to order after 8PM. Was told they had a 3 meat and a cheese pizza ready. Purchased the 3 meat for $9.74, it looked like it had been sitting for hours. Even though they didnt have anything else ready didnt even offer a price break. Not impressed

Called in an order so I didnt have to wait. Ordered the pepperoni bacon pizza and cheese bread get there couldnt find it . Get home and the pizza looks like it has been sitting for an hour and the cheese bread was stale the nastiest pizza and cheese bread I have ever had from here.

It was a good experience the workers were very professional and personal knowing what to say for the question that would come up and seeing how busy it was and remembering every ones order it was amazing I will go back just for the hospitality

This location Sheridan & 72nd. .....It says here they are close at 10 call at 8 and they said its was closed ....... Wadsworth and 88this the best ....they will be open till 10 pm highly recommended .........

Last time I went here the pizza was Rick hard and it looked like it was sitting in the little oven all day. The crazy bread was hard and was missing the garlic.... This place was so good, until then.

My pizza is most of the time not fresh. Also they put way to much sauce and never answer the phone. Its better to pay a couple more dollars to pizza hut then eat nasty good for 5 bucks..

As far Little Ceasars go this one is pretty good. The pizza is above average and the service is always friendly. Typically very young staff but theyre always nice and respectful.
