Had a great experience until the end totally ruined it for me. My husband and I were double dating with my aunt and uncle from Austin. We enjoyed several drinks, appetizers, food, and dessert while watching the Lawler vs Condit fight. Veronica was our waitress and was great. Tentative, organized, cheerful, and great under the pressure of a busy UFC fight night at BWWs. When our checks were dropped my husband and j paid our tab and left a decent tip. My aunt had a question because she felt she was charged for an extra drink (probably one of our drinks) and asked the waitress about it. The waitress went to talk to the manager about it, and, while my aunts back was turned, I could see everything. They were making fun of my aunt. She has a disability causing a severe lazy eye and a severe limp. They were impersonating her and making fun of her lazy eye. I got up to confront the manager while the other workers around her dispersed. She denied making fun of my aunt although I told her I distinctly saw them gesturing about a lazy eye. Bottom line is, while the food, drinks, and some service may be okay... These people have no integrity. I worked in food service before I joined the army. I get that there will be times when guests annoy you or may seem odd, but dont talk about them in front of guests. And when confronted, have some integrity and own up to your faults. I enjoyed the food and drinks, but Im more than disappointed in the way this situation was handled.

Ive been going to this restaurant since its first opened in El Paso, Tx. First few months, never really had the best of service, but I was always hoping for the best. Yes, the service does suck, and Im always noting the waiting staff talking amongst each other rather than having a good time with the clientel. That is until about 3 weeks ago, I had possibly one of the best times I would remember. My server, Shannon, and this was a man, was probably the best waiter Ive ever had, very prompt, friendly, and a genuine hard worker, who never seem to be influenced by the others. He interacted with the other customers in the best ways, and never seemed to have any person at any one of his tables disappointed with anything. My next visit after that I had a young man named, Daniel. Although he is quite young, he is all but bad. Another great waiter, very respectful, prompt, friendly, and very fun to have around. He would engage with my wife and kids, as well as myself, giving us the true experience of what a family friendly bar/grill should be about. His recommendations were perfect, and he even told us what went on with the kitchen, how foods were prepared, and answered any question we had. Overall, these two guys are probably the only reason I go back, so next time you go in, I recommend asking for either Shannon or Daniel as they seem to always be on the ball even at the busiest of times.

I am an avid BWWs visitor as I have been to over 15 different Buffalo Wild Wings locations and this is by far the WORST one. When we first sat down, my friend and I ordered two iced teas, hers sweet and mine unsweetened. When the waiter brought the tea to us he said that for the sweet tea just put some sugar in it from the packets. he continually called me "bro" and "boss man". I mean look guy, I am not your bro, I am a customer you should be calling Sir. Your "bros" are the illegal immigrants hopping the border fence and your "boss man" is the border patrol, I sir am not. It took over 45 minutes from the time we placed our order to receive our food. I ordered boneless buffalo wings and before the food was brought out the server asked me if it was ok if they brought me chicken tenders dipped in the bbq sauce because they were out of boneless wings....I mean seriously? F- this place I will never go back to this location.

The food was great and what you expect from this place. The TVs are every where and great to watch the games. But not a single person on the wait staff knows what they are doing. It seems that this placed hired a bunch of 16 to 20 year olds who have never had another job. And it shows. There is no experienced direction to the wait staff and they have horrible service. When I pay the prices for the food that I get there and expected to leave a $10 tip on $50.00 bill. I should not have to ask 3 times to get my drink refilled, ask 4 different people to get the trivia game box and when there are 2 people at the table not just bring one. It was not crowed when I went. Also I do not like to see large group of employees sitting around talking while no one is watching there tables. Because of the service I am never going back.

I ordered online which was easy and convenient. However, when I picked up my order I didnt realize until I had driven home that it was incorrect. I called back to ask that it be replaced, and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived the second time I was met my the manager and offered a drink. The manager was very pleasant and apologetic. Food mistakes happen, and even though I was upset because I was "hangry" the situation was handled very well and I received my correct food at no additional cost.

The WORST Buffalo Wild Wings we have ever been to. The wings are small and contain almost no meat. The boneless wings are almost all breading with no chicken inside. I had some that were so small they shouldnt have even counted as a wing. I am so sad too b/c we live close by and have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings but this one is a total let down. And we gave it more than one chance! We have been 3 times but no more...Wingstop will get all our future business for sure!

Here now...busy but not too...35 minutes still dont have our appetizers..no refills...you make the call.. The end result...40 minutes later got the appetizers and meal at the same time! Guess she went on break...appetizers were cold but wings were hot. Told her to take the appetizers back. Cant lie...wings were good but guess what, brings me the bill and the appetizers are on the bill. Then she had the nerve to be rude. Sticking with my 1 star...

Not very good service.. The waitress took forever bringing my tab so i can leave. .. Plus dont go this place unless you want you car to be broken into. . Apparently many people i know have had their cars broken into or stole at this place.. Because they dont have security cameras outside.. How pathetic is that for this type of restaurant.. They apparently dont care for the customers cars parked outside. .

Brought some friends for their first time. We ordered a variety to sample from. One of the flavors was not what any of us liked at all. Our waitress Morgan offered us another flavor at no cost of which we enjoyed much more. She was extremely attentive as well was the manager when she came to check on our new order. I have always enjoyed coming here.
