Updated to add: uploaded some more pictures after another visit. I swear we never have a bad experience at this place! Always wonderful food and service. Original review: Both before but especially after the remodel this restaurant is a Pueblo staple. This place is almost always busy! While my husband is a huge fan of the classic "super", I absolutely love the cheeseburgers and mozzarella sticks. I dont think weve ever had something bad here. The service is always great too. Every employee always has a smile, even on days that are insanely busy. The servers love their job and make sure everyone is having a good experience. Dont miss this one =)

I recently (12/28/2009) came Pueblo to visit the zoo. My girlfriends daughters were in the mood for asian food and so we went to Tian Jin on Northern Ave. After realizing the the restaruant was closed on Mondays, we walked across the parking lot to Pass Key and were absolutely blown away! I had the Super, which was like Atreyu riding Falkor for the first time-but for the mouth! Not only does this sandwich hit your gut but you soul! Further, the service was quick and friendly (and can a I say easy on the eyes too?). Whether you by yourself or with a pack of vikings, Pass Key can and will satisfy!

Went there upon a co-workers recommendation who told me they had good sandwiches, got a grilled chicken sandwich, received half a sandwich, nothing special about it, it even lacked flavor. Maybe they have better sandwiches but definitely not the grilled chicken sandwich. $12 for 1/2 sandwich, fries and a drink. Not thrilled about it.

This place is filthy, ketchup on the ceiling that looks like it has been there for years, even the menus were dirty. Had to walk out couldnt imagine what the kitchen looked like
