I thought this was an awesome place, but honestly, this location in Pueblo SUCKS!! I am more than happy with the one downtown. My recent visit wasnt the 1st time Ive been disappointed with this location, just the worst!! It was graduation weekend in town and my party was probably the 2nd MAJOR party to show up. A young childrens birthday party also arrived. Our party showed up fairly early, grew to about 15 guests, and spent well over $200. We werent served more than 2 pitchers of beer and one of soda FOR 2 HOURS!! While everyone who came in after us was served their entire meals in adequate time! Later we were told that other groups who came behind is might have spent $215 or whatever and this was their excuse for COMPLETELY IGNORING US!!! Very disappointed!! After being very hungry and upset we got our food and enjoyed all that was very delicious. But I am more than sure, after a couple disappointing experiences and mostly my last, I will never go back to this location or EVER recommend it! GOOOOOOOOO DOWNTOWN folks, SETIOUSLY!! Much better customer service and the buffet is open more days and times. WAAAAY more chill!!

I just went to this location and we were given soft drinks fairly quickly and then the waitress did not check in on us at all for 20 minutes after bringing our soft drinks. Toni and Joes has pretty crappy service most of the time but this experience prompted me to write a review. Great place to go if your not super hungry and have all the time in the world to wait for rude wait staff. Update: went to angelos downtown and had our order placed within five minutes of arriving. Called Toni and Joes to see if this is what we should come to expect from Toni and Joes and its "oh no just a couple people called off, this isnt normal". Well we normally go to the downtown location (which does have marginally better service) and we thought we would try this location thinking maybe the service would better , but now its bye Felicia for all Toni and Joes locations.

Advise to avoid this place! Customer service is totally lacking! !! Normally I am one to frequent local mom & pop places, but in this case, never again will I spend my dollar at Toni & Joes! You would think that on a busy Saturday afternoon a restaurant would have plenty of food in the buffet. Not today! We were there with a large group, half children. Spent almost 2 hours waiting as only 3 pizzas were placed on the buffet. However, several take out orders went out the door! Hateful waitresses (with the exception of one) who didnt care, nor did they offer any explanation. No manager or owner present. Have no idea what the staff was doing in the back!!! Spend your $$ elsewhere! Customer service is truly lacking & apparently owners do not care! How sad!

I have had my three sons first birthday celebrations at Toni & Joes over the past 5.5 years. This is the first time our reservation fee wasnt applied to the cost of our pizzas ordered. I understand that things change but this reserved area was still left open to other customers for the entertainment located around the seating area. This area has also been reduced in size to fit more games in. Because the separation of this area has been halved, the sound of everyone else, TVs, and loud speaker music, we leaned even closer than we were already sitting; to hear one another. We used to enjoy the small pizza environment but now its more like a bar that has some good pizza.

My husband and I went there for lunch. There was a total of 5 people in the restaurant.. We sat at the bar and the female bartender seemed frazzled. She placed the menus in front or us and walks off for at least 10-15 minutes then comes back and asked if we wanted anything to drink. She gives us our drinks and we let her know were ready to order. We ordered two Hot Italian sandwiches with french fries but was informed the fryer the was not working so we settled for chips. Our sandwiches were lukewarm. Horrible customer service. We will never go back.. They dont even deserve one star.

Went to Tony and Joes for dinner. Sat down and were ignored by the wait staff. 20 minutes later sat at another table and was still ignored. Went to the bar and ordered my own drinks. Sat down again and still no service. Went back to the bar and asked if we could get served. The bartender said I would have to catch one of the wait staff. Took menues from the bar thinking we would get served if we had them at our table. Finally caught someone and they said I would have to find some one else. Finished our beer and left. Worst service ever. Will never go back. This place sucks for service.

Great happy hour specials, take n bake is always a good meal...food is good. Friendly atmosprere for the local yokals. The buffet is kinda pricy, but no soup! its on the menu...not even served in the winter months. Needs to upkeep/exspand menu...spag, maybe a combo sausage/burger. I like it because its near the casa. I would recommend to try it out during the week when its it not so swamped. Servers bar tend, service lacks as a result. No manageral presence on duty, but It is a typical new buisness with growing pains...its good for southside! Kudos for TJs...

Food is good, but they need to expand the menu a bit. Nice bar type atmosphere, kinda loud if your gonna go for a family dinner. Our waitress was very nice but we hardly ever saw her, as we were waiting someone had shut off the lights in our section, the hostess was nice to turn them on but someone thought it was funny to turn them off again and again, leaving my family sitting in the dark for their fun. Our appetizer came out with our food and there were a few tables needing to be cleaned off.

I went there to eat pizza and wings with my kids they loved,the games i spent like forty dollars,waiting for my food the wings came first and to my surprise they were burnt and the waitress said sorry they are burnt so were not charging u i laughed i then asked if they,can make me new ones she said they could,not so then we got our pizza and by then my kids were starving and i cut into the pizza and it was dough i walk ed out mad as hell and went to PT`sWings and they saved us

I had called to order pizza tonight and asked if they deliver to Pueblo West. I was OK if they didnt because I was going to order over the phone and pick it up. However when I asked if they deliver to Pueblo West the guy said no and hung up on me. I didnt even get the chance to say OK I will order and pick it up. This is my first and last experience with this company. I hope the owner reads this because bad employees can quickly drive a good restaurant into the ground.

Ate here a few weeks ago. The only thing that was done in a timely manor was the pizza being cooked. Took forever to be seated at a table, was given the wrong size beer, and waited forever to pay. What could have been a quick dinner ended up being over a hour because of the waitresses lack of ability to do her job. Only reason im giving 3starts is because the pizza was good. I wouldnt suggest eating in. Do to-go or delivery.
